The Green Room Hotel

The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than one luggage stand for our luggage to keep things off the floor. The stay overall was very good.

This was such a fun area & boutique hotel w/ lots of character. We asked if there was a fan & one was provided to us right away. 2 e-bikes were there ready to us, we had so much fun taking them out & about. We didn’t use the hot tub bc it was so hot out but I’m sure it’s lovely when it’s cooler. The hotel served coffee on the wknd mornings & a pastry place left pastries, so nice! We would definitely go back & plenty of walking distance restaurants & entertainment.

The best boutique hotel around! It is truly the sweetest, most unique place I have stayed in a long time. Loved every minute of my stay and look forward to visiting again in the near future

We loved our stay. The hotel is charming and quaint with a short walk to the beach. We had a slight issue with our ac but the manager was quick to come over and check things out. He was also very helpful with restaurant recommendations! We can't wait to stay again. Oh and the most comfortable sheets we have ever slept on.

This property is nowhere near the beach and is surrounded by noisy downscale businesses. One is a motorcycle repair shop which prevented much needed naps. Over priced and over hyped.

We have stayed twice, it’s a great place. Close to beach, restaurants. We used the new electric bikes. Manager very helpful.

The cozy feeling of a small property but also that the room was clean, beautiful, and perfect size for my party. Staff was communicative onsite and through messaging and very friendly. The area is also very walkable - beach, drinks, coffee, food, all reachable by foot! nothing i did not like.

Our stay was awesome & would definitely recommend. Couple of things to mention- the snacks mentioned on the website are sold for $5/each & the walls are far from sound proof! Other than that if you don’t need a lot of space & want a great location, a short drive to the beach & only a walk to many restaurants, & it’s in your budget, we definitely recommend checking out the green room hotel!

It was great

If you’re looking for a minimalist, trendy and clean hotel look know further. The bed is very comfortable with the softest sheets. The donuts and coffee in their outdoor common area was a tasty surprise. There’s a healthy food market/deli across the street, a good brew pub on the corner and a donut shop within walking distance. Other than that, South Oceanside and this hotel are car/UBER dependent.

What a great hotel in a prime location with some fun amenities, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Rooms very cool and cozy. Location great. Why are all hotel rooms so dark ? Great private patio and communal patio with sitting areas, and Japanese soaker tub (very sparkly clean) and generally chill vibe. I came for work and was a million x better than the standard chain hotel...
