Extended Stay America Select Suites - Odessa

Nothing fancy about hotel it’s a little old . Motel has Easy access , good location. Girl at front desk was really nice. Checked in late with no problem. Very good price too. Only complaints : vending machine had old snacks with not many options and water in shower did not get hot enough for me. It was warm enough to be comfortable but no where near hot. Also Bed was hard . Room was perfect for my quick overnight stay. If I was staying long term I would have to have a talk with management about the water temp. Overall a good experience

Floor was very dirty , has a kitchen but no pot and pans or anything .

Location Liked the location

Not good Sketchy activity everyday

Great stop for my fiancee and I. Quiet and well lit. Felt safe the whole time

Nothing Room was dirty, lights in room would only work half the time, the room had an awful smell, the staff was not very friendly or helpful, the location is right beside a railroad track so you can hear and feel the trains going by all throughout the night, the bed and pillows were extremely hard, the staff would come through during the day to change the bedding and it was different every night so I had no idea what kind of bedding I would be sleeping in each night,

Needed a place for the night with 4 dogs. Very accommodating!

I was greeted by a warm welcoming staff and they were equally polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen in my room looked recently renovated and remarkably done.

Exceptional

It was fine. No complaints except that you could hear everything going on in the room above you. I guess the ceiling is real thin.

Clean room, friendly staff, ample kitchen and parking

Rooms was horrible and smelled horrible had to depart early and find different rooms elsewhere will never stay there again only one towel available asked for more they told my daughter there were no more clean ones until after 11

People screaming at nights and no closet to hang your clothes

Bad

I reserved & paid through Hotel.com arrived at the hotel to check in & the own started telling me that no that's too cheap a price I needed to pay him more money so for 45 mins I argued with him that it's already paid for & just needed the keys. He told me I had to call the app that the price is wrong or pay him more money. Finally he gave me the keys when I told him if he had a problem with the price he needed to call the app. It was extended stay with a kitchen that didn't have anything in it not a pot, spoon, plate or glass. And the advertising said there was a pool but I got there the in the group pool was filled with concrete & is just an open slab in the middle.

stains on the towels, several roaches, zero utensils in the kitchen, the refrigerator had water leaking in the bottom inside the fridge, loud, the ceilings are like plywood you hear every laugh, every foot step. the blankets look like theyre from a donation drive. wont ever stay here again.

Very good

It was a kitchenette but it had no dishes. It used to have a pool. The floor waswater damaged. The staff was wonderfull and it was very clean.

Great service

Stayed for business that took longer stay than expected. Clean room great cleaning crew and manager was awesome.
