Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City near Bricktown

Clean good staff quiet

plan in advance for the best rates

It was late my daughter and I as well as her sister traveled to take a beloved family pet to the crematorium we were exhausted. They accepted chime when the other one did not and they had an available room. That the hot tub was out of order as well as the pool not being 24 hrs

I was supposed to get a refund and never received it

Best breakfast everrrrrr

I walked in the line was long. online it said deposit of $50 in the facility it’s $200. The lady at the desk was un helpful and said yeah we are $200 the other location are $50.

Little trashy, Poor Security, our vehicle was parked in the first slot under the light in handed cap parking ar the entrance of the hotel. As we drove down the road we turned on wipers. Discovered something had been poured on our windshield. Upon examination it was all over our Cadillac CTS. Had to delay travel to have vehicle cleaned at car wash by a crew.

I liked absolutely nothing about it ! It was the most horrible experience, checking in took about 15 minutes and then for me to go to the room and find several things there were abnormal for a hotel. I requested a refund and still haven’t received. The owner was very rude.

Bright, modern hotel with large rooms. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. Pool was nice but the workout room only had 1 bicycle and 1 treadmill. Breakfast was typical with good variety of food

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

Bad

It was close to downtown! The door was open when we first arrived and they were frames on the floor.

I like it smell clean and it was clean. Location was great. So close to downtown. Nothing negative

There was a surprise $200 deposit fee

Superb

Price Location

Very clean room.

The area that this hotel is in is horrible. Do not recommend especially if you have children. There were drug addicts and homeless people all over the place. Very sketchy area!!!

Exceptional

Clean rooms and near main shops and restaurants
