Very good

Everything was exceptional. The parking options not was great. Wish they didn’t force the parking lot to be valet only. Everything else was great!

Hotel was nice but will never stay again No sleep even though beds were nice So loud - hear train and cars literally the whole time Valet was full so couldn’t use that - valet attendants very rude - on phone the whole time and one even said I’m only here for the ones that have a parking spot already The girl at front desk never looked up from her phone to Ty or anything Bad customer service We come here a lot but will never stay again

toilet did not flush

Bed was horribly uncomfortable...awake since 3 AM and left at 6AM and the room was hot.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and attentive the hotel itself was clean but once we entered the room it had a terrible smell and the restroom was filthy. There was hair on the shower wall and what looks to be vomit smear on the wall. We immediately notified the hotel staff and she came up and took pictures and moved us to another room that had a weird smell to it and the air conditioner made noises all night.

Breakfast staff were great. Food was plentiful and well prepared.

Loved this hotel, very clean and quiet! Plus it’s downtown right off the highway making Ubering easier.

Overall, stay was great, quiet but location was perfect, breakfast was good. Parking garage for parking preferred but still not far at all. Super clean room and maintaned property.

Rooms were nice and clean only thing is if you plan on using the complementary shampoo and body wash if you have sensitive skin or allergic to lavender luckily I had a touch left over in my travel bag they use eucalyptus and lavender, expect to pay $15 each time leaving the parking garage or $30 a day at the first come first serve parking only thing that was my fault when booking didn’t think to look but they don’t have a pool sadly but I think the parking is ridiculous!

Great proximity to Paycom

My hotel room was clean. The issue was, my room smelled so strongly of cigarettes. Since we checked in late, we decided to stay in the room and hoped that the smell would go away. The smell stayed strong, making it difficult to get some good rest. The receptionist was informed and I hope that room gets some deep cleaning.

We were allowed to check in early. When I went inside the assigned room, I could smell smoking. I called the front counter and they immediately changed the room for me. Breakfast area was nice and clean and the presentation of continental breakfast was good. The hotel is located near Bricktown.
