We really loved the look of the hotel, the room we were provided was very nice. The bed was AMAZING. We didn't like that we couldn't check in until 3 hours after our scheduled check in time. It really wasted most of our planned relaxation day. There was an NBA team staying in the hotel before us, which wasn't a problem per say, but there was no advanced communication. Had we been informed that there would have been a delay in checking in (of course with no identity detail) we would have been better prepared.

Loved this property! Wasn’t expecting much from OKC, but this hotel is a must visit. It reminds me of early 1980s New York with its fabulous art, industrial rooms, and chic presence.

Great hotel. Large rooms and located in an area with many restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Hotel canceled our reservation last minute.

We stayed over the Labor day weekend but were very disappointed that the thing we were looking forward to the most was to use the pool as it has been extremely hot in Oklahoma this summer. The staff did not mention that the hotel had sold the pool on Sunday from early am to 5 pm for a private party. The fell on the only entire day we were staying. No sincere apology just we'll pass along your number to management but no one has called. We are expect to have some of the expense refunded to us but I assume we'll have to contact the hotel directly.

I LOVE this hotel! Fabulous use of the old Ford Factory. Integrity of the building intact with its Industrial vibe, but all so fresh and welcoming. Rooms are very thoughtfully laid out, with wonderful attention to detail, from the complimentary water bottles with filling stations on each floor, to the built-in cabinetry with mini fridge, espresso maker and closet with 2 full-length lit mirrors. Unbelievable water pressure in the beautiful, spacious bathrooms. Mary Eddy's bar and restaurant is gorgeous and delicious, with top notch service - shout out to Nat behind the bar - a true professional who makes a perfect Gin Martini, and to Shea Black, who made us feel extra welcome as he gave us a history tour of the lobby. The entire staff was kind, fun and helpful. And, on top of all this, very reasonably priced. Well done, Hotel Fordson!
