Disappointing

Property is old, exterior is worn. room itself was fine, clean, roomy, efficient a/c. Front desk guy was very nice, accommodated my request for a quiet room (one side f the property is located alongside a freeway). I would stay here again, good price and airport close.

The lobby was never opened. They didn’t have coffee. He said they didn’t do that. The TV had no remote control and I could not get it to work. No refrigerator. No microwave will probably not be there again.

Was paranoid all night barley got sleep before school

The staff member was sitting in a lobby chair and appeared to be asleep. However when he did get up he was very friendly and helpful. I requested a bottom floor so we could watch our vehicle. While waiting out side the night window, I saw a gentleman pull up, open his motel door and two or three pit bulls ran out his room barking loudly. The staff member offered to cancel my reservation but after two days on the road we needed a shower and a good night's sleep. I asked for an extra set of towels and was told that there were enough in my room. Fortunately I purchase a multi pack of Lysol from Costco because my non smoking room smelled like a bar. The bed and bathroom were cleaned, but just in case, I sprayed everything. The air conditioner worked but only cooled the room when I set it at 65. The ceiling look like the has been a flood above it and was repaired by a 7 year old who just wanted to have fun. The bath tub was missing the drain and the water was difficult to adjust. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. I would not recommend you stay here ever though I only paid 67.13 plus a 50.00 deposit.

I understand a Motel 6 is not the top of the line, but I’ve stayed in some decent ones that may have been short on amenities but at least they felt clean. This one was just gross. Floors were nasty, bath tub looked so grimy I didn’t even bother showering, and the room smelled like a combination of mildew and cat urine. Check in was done behind a glass booth, which didn’t instill confidence in the area, and I struggled to even hear the clerk. At least the ice machine was working though because there was no fridge in the room and I needed to keep medication cold (nearly every other Motel 6 I’ve stayed in has had one, so I’ll own that I didn’t think to confirm). If all you want is a cheap place with a bed near the airport, then maybe this is the hotel for you, but I’d think twice about it. And make sure you don’t walk around without shoes.

It was dirty and I got charged double

This was definitely one of the most sketch hotels we've ever stayed at. They don't even allow people into the lobby, but the room, while looking worn, was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean, as well. If you just need a place to sleep and have nothing of value attached to your vehicle, it's a good, cheap spot. But, if they won't even allow people into the lobby, it shows it's a rough neighborhood.

Terrible customer service.they do not even open the door for you to check in,they let you stand out in the heat, while they are enjoying the ac and talk to u thru the intercom ..this place is getho

I made a reservation with this motel because they said that they would accept people coming in at 3 AM in the morning. I paid for a Friday Saturday leave Sunday. We didn’t start our flight. I tried calling them multiple times they hung up on me. And then I called orbit to let them know about us missing our flight and that we wouldn’t be able to check in until the next day and told them that whoever answered the phone at the motel hung up on me twice. That guy proceeded to call. He called me back. He said that they did not answer and he would have to call me in the morning and let me know. Nobody ever call me back in the morning. When I was finally able to get to the motel, the lady proceeded to tell me that we have no reservation for you guys and that she never hung up on me two times so she took my money and didn’t even let us stay one night under my reservation. I find this very rude. She was rude. I’m upset with orbit that they didn’t get back to me. Neither I’ve lost so much money on this trip I would not stay at a motel ever again.

I didnt use the parking

When I arrived I had to set in the parking lot for well over an hour waiting for a staff member to show up so I could check in. Then I get to my room to find an extremely outdated room that isn't fit for much more than an hourly rate motel. This is in fact a motel so I wasnt expecting anything great but this was beyond a bad experience this has all the makings of a stephen king novel.
