I got extorted
-
Honestly completely flabbergasted at the young man who practically extorted me & my fiancé for money. We were late on rent because we were at the court house attending my court date then had to go with my bail bondsman to jail to do a walk thru that took longer than expected!!! When I got released from the jail I went loaded my card and played the room online while on my way to the hotel, when I arrived I was told that I was not allowed to check in, and that I’ll need to pay in addition to JUST booking and paying the room online he wanted me to pay an additional $40 for him to let me in the room to retrieve my service dog, and all my belongings. I was broke after I booked room online So I just was out of luck he said smh

Not much A lot
-
Nothing... the staff had no personality!! There were people loitering in the parking lot, the car parked beside me was doing a hand to hand drug deal, the police showed up later and escorted someone from the hotel... the bathrooms were horrible the tub/shower was peeling and had low water pressure . There was no shampoo and only one bar of soap. The TV did not work. The beds were uncomfortable. The floor was sticky.

Dear News Team, I am reaching out because my family is dealing with an urgent situation at the Super Inn motel near 51st Street and I-35 in Oklahoma City, and I believe this is something Oklahoma families and consumers need to know about. My mother-in-law, my wife, and I have been residing at the motel for several weeks. Until this situation occurred, everything appeared to be going smoothly. We have consistently stayed current on our payments and, in many instances, have paid ahead for our room. Last night, while we were in bed, I suddenly felt something crawling on me. I turned on the lights, and to my shock, I discovered what appeared to be bedbugs in the room. I immediately began taking pictures and videos documenting what we found and reported the situation to the office manager, Katrix. I expected the motel management to take the situation seriously and work with us to resolve it. Instead, after initially indicating that they would help, we were told this morning that we had to leave the motel today and remove all of our belongings. That has left us in an extremely difficult position. Our belongings have potentially been exposed to bedbugs. We cannot simply pack everything up and carry it into another motel or, eventually, our home without knowing whether we are spreading an infestation to our children, our neighborhood, or other people. We are asking for reasonable assistance in disinfecting, treating, or replacing belongings that may have been contaminated. We are not looking for an argument. We are not trying to cause trouble. We simply want this situation handled responsibly and fairly. There are also other concerns I witnessed during our stay involving the motel’s advertised pricing. The property advertises rooms for $40 per night, yet after we reserved and stayed, our card was charged amounts that appeared inconsistent, including charges of $67 and $37 on different occasions. Comfortable bed. A wife of marijuana on walk in.
-
Not much Very run down and dirty lots of drug activity and homelessness around the property. Loud hallways, barking dogs.
-
Noisy.
-
The room was nice and cool when I got there and the shower was absolutely clean

They don't have carts to help bring things in. It takes multiple trips. Roaches in rooms and hall. No parking near a door you can enter in. Bed was uncomfortable - hard. Keys have to be reset before check out because "it is the next day". I was concerned because I had half my luggage still in the room - you know, they don't have carts to bring things in and out They do mop the floors, but they were still wet. They were sticky when they dried because they didn't dilute the cleaner.
