The staff was very friendly. However, the bed squeaked so bad because all of it was metal. You couldn’t move without it making noise noises. I didn’t get a good night rest. Also, this hotel is right by a highway so it’s nosy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Jon at the front desk was wonderful! Very helpful! Room was nice. There was a lot of dark hair on the floors and in the bathroom from the previous stay I believe? Other than that the stay was great!

We will definitely be back! Loved it!

Clean room and towels and batroom and floors

Upon check in we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee. She offered great ideas for restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we felt very safe. The one thing is that the walls are very thin. They have a delicious breakfast included with the room.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is hidden off the road but Apple Maps found it ok. The couch showed signs of wear, but other than that the room was well maintained. It is right by the freeway but noise wasn’t a problem. I would stay there again.

Too close to way - lots of noise!!

Helpful staff. Very pleasant bartender, made great margarita. Bar menu offered enough choices for a meal, no need to leave after long drive

Unacceptable hygiene standards and appalling customer service I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at The Winslow in Oklahoma City was completely unacceptable. When we checked into our room, we discovered the bed linens had not been changed from the previous guest. Worse, a dinner-plate-sized, very wet personal stain soaked the mattress and sheets. Instead of changing the bedding, housekeeping simply placed a towel over the wet stain and remade the bed over it. When we contacted housekeeping to have the bed completely stripped and fresh linens put on, the staff member flatly refused to do a full change, stating they would only change the top sheet. We immediately went to the front desk to escalate the issue and request a move to a clean, sanitary room. Instead of resolving the problem, the front desk clerk told us they would not relocate us to a clean room solely because our reservation was made through Hotels.com rather than directly with the hotel. Covering up biological fluids with a towel and remaking the bed is an egregious health and hygiene violation, and denying basic customer service to third-party bookings is inexcusable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Out of the way behind other buildings and not visible from the road. Actually kinda sketchy.

The hotel is quietly tugged away from the busy streets nearby. Good facilities, helpful staff

Decent accommodation

Very Clean. Great breakfast and good parking and very friendly staff 10/10. If I go back to Oklahoma I won’t stay anywhere else

Liked it being a suite, particularly the sitting area. Did not like the vanity in the main sleeping area. Small bath, too.

Clean and absolutely amazing

Jared working the front desk was awesome. Breakfast excellent. Bartender wonderful. Staff was very friendly and courteous everywhere you went. Definitely will stay again.
