Very nice acces to beach

The only negative I have to say is the furniture is super uncomfortable. The beds are not comfortable the couch is very uncomfortable. That was kind of a bummer because it did rain and we had to get kind of stuck inside for a while.

Location. Very nice room It was fine for the two of us but the room was kind of small for more people

Nice room. Near the beach. WiFi was public and required no password, so I didn't use it for security reasons. The beds had 4 metal legs that I kept bumping with my toes. Old Orchard Beach appears to be run-down. Probably wouldn't go again.

Our room was very clean,and the location is great. Front desk staff was very friendly also. The checkout time is to early and only one key for 2 guests.

The location was close enough to the center of town where it was perfect to walk there from either the street or right off the beach! Room was spacious and the hot tub in the room was a very nice touch. Indoor pool was very nice and a great size for the location. Beach access was perfect and super clean! Was not aware I was going to be in a basement room so no view. Very small rest room and low ceilings. Parking was Ok, but they only had a few spots for large trucks like mine.

Spacious Need lamp in living room area rather than BRIGHT overhead interrogation lighting!

It's perfectly located, easy access to beach and dhort walk to center. Very clean, recently renovated, and very comfortable.. loved all the info and referrals given.. recommendations for breakfast spots and dinner were excellent.. your attention to detail definitely added to our value to our experience, will definitely be back.

The room was very clean bed was comfortable nice pool and right on the beach. I thought the room was to small for four people

Love the location and the beach access I wish it was marked that you did not have an elevator to get up to the third floor where we were staying. Also was marked as a pullout couch in reality. It was a futon which is not as comfortable.

It was very clean and on the water so beach day was super easy. Room was set up well to maximize space Front desk staff was eh. Kinda unpleasant. Tried to be nice when met with many non-answers but if I asked a follow up, I got attitude.

Loved the location of being north of The Pier for a quieter and calmer atmosphere. Newly renovated & modern decor with comfortable bed & pillows. Kitchette offered the necessities of home. Patio furniture beachfront made a cozy atmosphere. I regret not using the heated indoor pool! Staff were welcoming and offered to contact them with any needs. Great place to relax while being close to surrounding downtowns. Amazing beach with hard/soft sand to lounge, wake board, surf and incredible place to walk several miles. I travel alone & felt safe. Thank you to the staff for making my weekend stay a great experience!

I loved that it was right on the beach and close to a lot of shops! I don’t even want to mention this because I really did love it there but I struggled so bad with the key and the locks. It took me a bit of time getting in and out.

It was an adorable little spot within meters of the beach. Convienent parking. Staff was sweet and nice, very friendly. Other patrons were also friendly and had fun getting to know neighbors.

On the beach, clean Third floor, my son has trouble with stairs. For three adults it was rather a small room.
