The fact that there were separate quarters for my 2 bed booking! I was a bit bamboozled at first, but then I turned the corner The distance it was to go outside

Bed was comfortable Location was unconfirmed, hotel had a bad smell overall. Instead of giving us the online price at the counter the attendant made us check in online, seemed rather lazy.

Connivence of booking time. Room smelled like smoke, some lights didn’t work. Bathroom fan was really loud. Hallway smelled like urine.

We arrived well after check-in time for the hotel. However, the receptionist told us that the room had been cancelled. We put another room on a different credit card. I contacted Hotel Engine, who told me that it looked like we had stayed in the room from their end. We received a partial refund for the room from Hotel Engine. Otherwise, the room appeared clean and the staff was pleasant.
