American Inn Ontario

The room I started in was dirty the shower was disgusting the doors had no seal so you can kinda see through it the fridge was disgusting just over all gross I bought disinfectant spray to spray the bed and bathroom down before using the bed sheets was visibly burned the female staff was extremely rude until she realized I was pregnant she also tried charging me a $50 deposit when it was actually $30 I left the room cleaned and still didn't get my deposit back but I didn't expect to get it back because of how shady the area was and how rude she was I would've recommend anyone staying there just disappointing all around

Very polite and helpfulllll

I stay here whenever I’m in Ontario for work. Quiet and the rooms have desks which is very helpful

This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. How’s that for a great place to stay

Placed is run down

Nothing Everything

Everything it was perfect

Idk

Ok

For the price that I paid it’s horrible I would consider getting reimburse for my stay

Great

Room needs to be updated , bed and pillows very uncomfortable.. Too Many People hanging around Facility and outside of surrounding Area , Need a Security Personal to Police Area.. felt a bit Unsafe ..

Dirty place

Very gracious with a really late check-in on my part. Clean, comfortable, friendly websites indicated a pool, which was there, but could not be used

Overall my stay was good, sheets did have a few stains and the comforter also had burns in it but not too big of a deal

Housekeeper Ruben he was very helpful polite respectful willing to help us with anything we asked for. He made our stay a lot more comfortable. Property management was rude and not helpful at all.

I just though it was over priced for the quality of the room

nothing the beds the room and the restroom

Toilet seat was missing a cover. Water pressure not strong enough for my liking.

Just had a quick stay of 1 night, was heading into LA, checked in around midnight. Staff was nice, I was helped with everything i needed.
