Very clean and is at the right location Nothing

The issue was that the room i had was so far from the elevator for my son who has a physical disability to walk it was a challenge. I did request close to elevator that would put us near lobby

Good location. Ample parking. Within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Hotel is currently undergoing renovation. Although our room was recently completed it was far from the guest elevator. If we had known the renovations had been ongoing we would have chosen another location.

Room are clean and all construction here and there which didn’t bother me cause things need to be remodeled and touched up. Everything is walking distance lots of food and whatever choices a tourist is into I’m no tourist so Orlando was more like enjoying time away for a few days. Please stay way from ihop eat anywhere else but ihop cause damn they are straight trash can

Convenient location to all parks clean and quiet property friendly staff will stay again

Everything was great, well located, friendly staff, I only missed a microwave in my room.

My double beds where no even Queen size beds. Very Small beds in the rooms. When I showed up I realized that hotel was under construction. With dust everywhere and an elevator that wasn't completed

Property is under renovation, but other than that everything else was wonderful

Great place to stay. Our floor was recently remodeled and was very clean and comfortable.

I booked it because it was a block or two from The Icon Center and very convenient to food, gas, shopping Nothing on the website stated that there was construction happening. We drove 6.5 hours to get there for a show. We checked in and as soon as we got to the room, drilling--VERY LOUD DRILLING, started above us. We called to the desk, and was told it would be taken care of. That lasted about 10 minutes, only to start again. It was so loud that we couldn't even speak to each other. I called down again and they moved us to the 4th floor, from the first floor, which I booked for easy access with a wheelchair. The manager seemed very annoyed that we complained. We checked out Sunday instead of Monday. We asked for a refund on the one day, and was basically told to suck it up, we weren't getting any type of refund for anything. The front desk associates were rude and non-accommodating. I have tried several times to call the front desk from home, only to find out there isn't a direct number and you have to talk to AI. Eventually, you get a dialing sound, but no one picks up. Will never book with Marriott Bonvoy again. I wish I could download the video I have of the room and noise.

Location was the only thing good about this place. If you do decide to stay make sure you say you need a room on the 4th floor because all those rooms have been just fully renovated and are actually clean. When we arrived to the area we went ahead and called around 2:15ish just to see if the rooms may have already been ready (some places do get them done quicker so you never know) and if not about what time it would be ready so we knew where we needed to go to keep our toddler entertained in the meantime. They again had issues supposedly finding the reservations and after I said this is crazy it somehow keeps happening he said oh now I see and stated it will be ready at 3 so we can come in then and get our keys. He then said before we go and before he can give us the keys we need to pay a $20 fee. I explained and pulled everything up to show him that nowhere on booking does it say there is any kind of fees due (you can check other hotels in the area including one on the exact same road and see the fees and or parking fees that are additional costs), I even showed him striaght from courtyard website nothing is mentioned anywhere and before we booked we called to ask and was never told there were fees. He started getting even more rude and pushing back saying we pay or no room. We paid and was told 15 more min and room would eb ready. We came back 20 min later to give a little extra time just to be rudely told it will be another few minutes.......45 minutes later and we finally have keys to rooms though a good 4-5 different people were checked in no problem. We get up to the room and it smells like smoke, temp was 74, there was very visible brown nastiness in multiple spots on the wall, and few other things shown to them in pictures and videos. Two room changes later, talk with corporate, talk with "assistant manager" and we get moved to 4th floor with new room. Will never stay again and our issues are still not fully resolved either.

The hotel is undergoing renovations; there was a lot of noise before 9 a.m., the hallway was dirty, and the ice machine was broken. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking.

This was a one night stay. I really liked the location is about all I can say Room was supposed to be ready at 3. Cked in at 3 and was told 15 more minutes. Came back and room was still not ready. 45 minutes later we were able to ck in . We didn’t know about a $20 fee we had we cked in. Pool was dirty and no pool towels were available and the guy wrking desk was rude and not willing to help with anything . 4th floor was renovated so ask for it!

I called ahead to let the hotel staff know I'd be checking it after coming in on a red eye flight. Showed to a hotel under renovation and the room I was given was directly beneath the construction. I wasn't able to sleep due to noice, asked if I could be moved and there wasn't availability. My thought was, the staff knew I was coming in very late to sleep before joining people later in the day. The fact that nothing was said to me about the construction and that i was put in a room under the construction makes me feel like it was a big fu#k you thanks for your money sucker type experience. Highly disappointed
