As a family we had the three bedroom and three bathroom. It had enough space for everyone in my family. The location was perfect for what we needed in Orlando.

Exceptional

The state itself was excellent. The location, the property, the grounds, the amenities. All wonderful. The two things I didn't like was the fact that when I requested late checkout, I was told that there were no more slots and the parking. The parking was really limited and being that you pay for it. You should be able to park underneath the garage and it was full. For example, there was a car parked in handicapped that had no handicap placards. When I stayed.

Our stay at Hilton Vacation Club Orlando was incredibly disappointing, and the complete lack of professionalism from the staff made it even worse. From 6 AM until late at night, the guests staying above us sounded like they were moving furniture nonstop. It was constant dragging, banging, and noise that made it nearly impossible to relax and enjoy our stay. I called the front desk numerous times to complain, and despite repeatedly bringing the issue to their attention, the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. What is the point of having a front desk if they refuse to address legitimate guest complaints? To make matters worse, the woman who checked us in was anything but courteous. There was no welcoming customer service or friendly attitude whatsoever. Then, on our very first day, two separate hotel employees walked directly into our room. This was completely unacceptable and made us question our privacy and security. Guests should never have to worry about hotel staff entering their room unexpectedly. Between the nonstop noise, the dismissive handling of complaints, the rude check-in experience, and employees walking into our room without warning, this stay was a complete nightmare. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, or professional hotel experience. Management seriously needs to address its customer service, noise complaints, and room-entry procedures. Paying guests deserve better than this.

Excellent property as my wife and I have stayed here before. Very well kept and close to Disney. Rooms are clean and very well kept. Staff is courteous and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Had issues accessing my room or even the building and was locked out until 3am second night. Upon finally getting in and getting some rest was forced to check out the next morning by 10am so they can clean the room for the next guests but the day before no one came to clean even after leaving the sign in the door requesting it. Usually don’t have issues with Hilton properties.

This is a beautiful resort. Room was fabulous. It was like a huge apartment with everything you could want and need. The lake with the surrounding sand was perfect for just sitting and relaxing in the chairs that were everywhere. Even the pool area was great. Close to all kinds of restaurants.
