Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

The Pantry was excellent! A limited food menu but everything was very good. While waiting for our rooms to be ready, we had lunch. Our sandwiches and salads were great that we had dinner there too! Our rooms were well addressed. The front and kitchen staff were friendly and courteous.

This hotel is awesome. It’s close to the airport and there are many things to eat around the area. The staff was polite and helpful. The only thing to improve was the A/C since it was making a noise during the night and it was a little annoying, especially knowing that we were taking an early morning flight from MCO. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you.

This property was very clean, very friendly staff, reasonably priced.!!!! I would recommend for short or long stay!

Our butler's, Keisha and Nikita were the best! The food was great! Best French Onion soup Ive ever had.

Room is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Rude not helpful front desk

.

Customer service was great and everyone was very accommodating. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we come out!

Everything was perfect. Our room was huge and clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind being that we arrived late and we super exhausted from all day travel my patience was wearing thin but they were all awesome

The staff was kind and helped us navigate where we needed to be as well as provided great service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Room smelled like mold.

I had a wonderful stay. Can't wait to go back.

Good

The staff were the absolute kindest, most thoughtful people. Their leadership team should be proud of the individuals they have working there. 5 stars all the way.

I received the welcome call 15mts after I checked in the room and the staff was asking if everything is working properly and if we need anything. They are very attentive and welcoming. Also, breakfast was nice. It was my first time to stay there and I’ll definitely go back. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was a disappointment for us. They had eggs and link sausage but if you like eggs. I wanted cereal and all of them were sweet. I would have loved some plain cheerios or rice krispys. Diabetic people need no sugar cereal.

It was close to the airport.

The shuttle running every 30 minutes was great! Our airline opened at 3:30 and we were able to take the 5 minute ride and were second in line. The room was very clean and pretty quiet-only issue was the fan in the AC rattled on and off but it wasn't too bad because we slept great!

Breakfast was incredible as ever I stayed incredible this property

Perfect for a quick overnight arranged for an early flight.
