Avoid property at all costs! Arrived to hotel and went to check-in at 6:00pm. Only 1 receptionist at the desk and was told room wasn’t ready. Got called 15 minutes later that the room was ready. Had to get back in line and wait for another 10 minutes to get room key. Go to room and it’s adjoining with another room. No big deal except the walls are made of paper and we could hear the other guests the whole night including their arrival back to the room at 1:30am. Got almost no sleep. I won’t even get into how disgusting the comforter was but it was musty and riddled with mold. We took pictures and tossed the comforter off and just slept in clothes. For $550 a night this was easily the worst hotel experience. I’ll never stay at a Marriott property again.

The friendliness of staff and the proximity to Kia Center I would have liked the staff to let me know my options for parking and the time that breakfast is served upon check in

Friendly staff! Very clean inside and out. Room was very clean I had booked a king bed with pull out mattress. Only issue pull out mattress seemed worn out. Didn’t have much of any cushion to it. And no extra bedding was given. I did request some at the front desk and was lucky enough to get some since i asked after hours.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Marriott hotel; however, this property exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very elegant, the room clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it and stay there as many times as I can, while I visit Orlando. I enjoyed the view to the pool and the city from my room.

Very clean, quiet, and pleasant

Every member from the valet to maintenance were a delight. The rooms were comfortable and had great views of downtown. Everything was a 10-15 min walk to shops and there’s even rideshare bikes out front you can use to speed it up a bit. The restaurant was comfortable and the food was good as well. We will definitely be rebooking this specific hotel on hopefully more frequent visits to the area. 10/10 would recommend

Smell in room smelled a little like mildew possibly Also those windows on outside building need to be cleaned we were on 7th floor those windows are dirty ! Other then that it was a great stay ! Also I should of had a microwave in my room as well !

It was very convenient to the kia center. I liked that there was food options inside the hotel. Love the shower gel! Will definitely stay there again!!!

Absolutely amazing staff, and assistance on getting everything needed to take care of us! Only single issue was AC lol because it said 66 but it was not 66. It was close to 76 maybe, BUT very well could be my fault for not knowing how to work it. ! Truly was an excellent stay!
