Very stylish, clean , fun , very comfortable bed

We loved the decor and the location. We particularly enjoyed the ambiance of the pool area. The staff were very attentive. Overall a marvellous stay with many laughs….

Top notch stay. The hotel provided a lot of extra amenities that made the stay so very nice … complimentary French chocolate cookies and Evian water, robes and slippers, complimentary rides within a two mile radius. Spa services, cafe, shopping, bar and restaurant on site. I honestly could have stayed at the property for the duration of my entire time in Palm Beach. The staff was so very kind and accommodating.

Incredible staff. The text message feature was new to me but I ended up liking it. From the bartenders to the front door staff, they were always nice and accommodating.

This charming hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Some may call it dated, but I call it historical, unique, and enchanting. The food was delicious, the staff professional, attentive, and friendly. The ambiance was relaxing and classy but unpretentious, making our anniversary staycation even more special.

This hotel is very nice. I would have expected down pillows in the room and a more spacious bathroom, but other than that it was good!

1st class service from the moment we pulled into the entrance until the moment the car door was closed ( for us, by the doorman). Unique, eclectic, 5 star historic property with every effort successfully directed toward guest service. Restaurant, bar, coffee shop, pool, loaner bikes, beach ......all provide the perfect Great Palm Beach experience!

Room was clean and well maintained. Turn down service nightly included fun treats and hotel history. Front desk staff and Swifty’s staff was very helpful. Pool deck staffing left much to be desired. If you want a pool chair, arrive early! Hotel car took us nearly everywhere we wanted to go, and they’ll pick you up as well!
