Great location for downtown Palm Springs!

This hotel was amazing! Found it accidentally and glad I did. Usually stay at name brand hotels but took a chance on a small boutique. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Felt like very homey and best of all the location is right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay again.

Very cute little hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, perfect location just because you step outside and literally 1 minute away from the bars and restaurants, and having a 24/7 pool is super nice. Especially with the heat a nice dive in the pool is nice.

Rented the executive suite, it was very beautiful and spacious and I absolutely loved the bathroom with large deep soaking tub. Staff were extremely helpful. Next time I’m in the area, I will be staying there

Super convenient location for sightseeing! The spa therapeutic massage was great too! Nice to hit hot tub after.

Just a great all around property. Downtown Palm Springs, right in the center of the fun. Pool and jacuzzi are great and open 24 hours. The bar was closed when we were there, but the front desk staff were able to get champagne, wine, and beers if needed. Room was fantastic as was our all to ourselves front porch which unfortunately didn't get used enough since we were only there for one night. I hope to bring a bunch of friends back here and stay again. Well worth it!

If you’re like my wife and me and enjoy casino hopping, relaxing, and spending a day or two in different cities, this place pretty much checks all the boxes. The hotel was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. It’s also just a short walk from one of the most laid-back casinos in the Palm Springs area. Some people may prefer staying somewhere directly connected to the casino, but we actually enjoyed the walk back to the hotel. It gave the stay a more relaxed feel. There was also a night market going on while we were there, which was a nice surprise. A couple of things really stood out to us: the 24-hour pool access and the fresh, ice-cold lemon water available throughout the hotel. Small details, but they definitely added to the experience. The property itself felt warm, inviting, and very relaxing. We had a great stay and already know we’ll be back. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the area without kids. It’s adults only, peaceful, close to the casino, and honestly just a really nice place to get away for a couple of days.

The bathtub with jets didn’t work and the shower pressure was horrible. The tv isn’t set up at the right angle for the direction of the bed so it was uncomfortable to lay in bed and watch tv. Everything else was great! The all you can eat candy was AWESOME!!

So to be fair, majority of the staff was great. Check in was fine. Although we didn’t get in right at 3:00 because the flooring was being done in the hallways. Couldn’t use the pool prior either for that same reason. So this is the reason for one star. At the pool, you cannot have your own drinks. You MUST buy theirs, EVEN when they don’t serve what I drink. And EVEN when the bar is closed, then no drinks. Karl will chase you down and yell at you. I had a high noon in a brumate(can cooler) and he literally chased me down yelling at me. Even when all I was doing was walking over to chat with my friend for a brief minute to decide what our plans were. My husband grabbed rice crispie treats from my friend, was waking near the pool to bring to me in our room, and here comes Karl, yelling again, “you can’t have food at the pool.” He wasn’t eating. He was holding it in his and to deliver to me. Ridiculous! Truly. They serve food at the pool. But you CANNOT have your own and you cannot even be NEAR the pool with it. Later that evening, we were all headed to dinner with a bottle of wine. On our way out, We stopped to chat with some friends that were in the pool, and here comes Karl. “You cannot have drinks at the pool.” We did NOT have drinks at the pool, we were simply walking BY! Unbelievable !! Also, you cannot move the umbrellas to get shade NO matter what. You want shade, too bad! No shade in the middle of the desert in 104 degrees. Karl is a detriment! Huge detriment

Let me start off by saying it is a beautiful property. We arrived early on a Saturday morning. Had reservations for Saturday afternoon. I had called early. They said I could come in and use the pool until check-in. They stored our luggage in a little area with our name on it. They had a very nice candy bar. They served ice cold water. You cannot take your own water bottles and cannot vape. The jacuzzi was green and the pool. Although the pool was clean there was green on the side tiles that was slimy. While laying out they were doing construction which was not on the website so we got to listen to them scraping up some stuff off the concrete for I don't know a good hour while we were trying to enjoy the pool. It's good to know that if you do not have a key to get in this building. If there is not somebody at the front desk, you're not going to get in because they go around the property and do what they do without a cordless phone. Also, keep in mind that this property does not use Expedia. That is where I booked my reservation and it clearly stated that I would pay at property. The money was taken out several weeks before my reservation when I talked to the front desk clerk regarding this upon arrival she said that they don't use it's always pay at the property so they need to change it on Expedia

Exceptional

The staff was the best service I have received in a long time. Also the location is of the hotel , everything is within walking distance. And most of all it was quiet
-
Rooms, pool and common areas were superb. Bed was so comfy. Loved the ambiance. My only complaint, if it’s even a complaint is that for this type of hotel I might expect a warm continental breakfast. The “breakfast” consisted of a nature valley granola bar, string cheese, a bagel, muffin and cream cheese. But, that would not keep me from coming back- regularly. Great staff and nice and quiet. Just the right amount for an adult only get away.

Very nice amenities and super friendly staff!

This was a beautiful 1935 hotel, A/C worked great. It was rather warm, but everyone there was very helpful to us.
-
Clean, good location, nice staff , well decorated The breakfast is unsatisfactory, consisting solely of cold prepared food boxes. They should offer some hot dishes. The price they ask for during this low season heatwave is somewhat excessive.

Place was fantastic, Breakfast!!! Was perfect, Karl and Nikki were perfect as well. I absolutely 1. Recommend 2. Will be back
