All good

The rooms were cozy and clean and the hot tub was very nice to use. The pool area was underwhelming and a bit dirty.

It had all types of people and I am all good for diversity but these people were scary looking and it was obvious they were on something. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes was inevitable. Could not enjoy the jacuzzi without the smell of them. By the jacuzzi there were empty cups, cigarette buds and even a full joint! That’s how intoxicated and high they were that they forgot a full non-smoked joint. Will never come here again.

Location was good Everything in the room was nonsense. Nowhere to hang a towel. A weird little crate was used as a shelf and it was falling off the wall and at a height that was meant for hitting your head. The bed was in a weird position and the lights were placed so oddly (one in the wall way away from the bed and another in the middle of the headboard - which wasn’t centered with the bed)

Good location. The staff were VERY helpful. The rooms are very basic, sparse and the facilities dated. For the most part well cleaned however. The pool facilities were dated and stained, but the grandkids loved them anyway. Unfortunately, the online photos of the place caused me to set my standards too high and to thus be somewhat disappointed.

Comfortable bed Bathroom was disgusting. Stained tub, mold in the ceiling corner. Sink area looked old and stained. Molding peeling away from the walls.

It was a great stay! Staff was so friendly and easily available if you had questions. Room was clean and water was warm! Great price for a short trip!

Always a great place to stay when visiting Palm Springs! Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly. Nice budget-friendly option.

Staff was great property was safe travels as a solo about safe met some kind people traveling also the room is clean mouth fresh nothing fancy but it's safe clean place stayed 2 days

First of all ,Staff was amazing , from check in to , security to the general manager everyone was professional and courteous. Would recommend this place .

The tv Black walls don't say "beach club" to me

The premium room was in poor condition I’ve stayed in the exact room twice before. There was a giant cockroach bigger than my big toe. Sheets were itchy old and worn out.

Don't ever go to this place it's a roach motel and they say pet friendly.but gonna take.half.ypur deposit for your pet

Rooms were nothing like the images online, there were hairs in the bathroom and the lights didn’t work. The pool was also a mess

Staff is always amazing and kind. My go to spot every time I go out to Palm Springs. Super affordable!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, quiet area, close to downtown Palm Springs, we would stay again.
