easy check in very bare bones lodging, pretty run-down property

Location Sheets on both beds had large stains, including one stain that looked like dried blood that had not been adequately cleaned . Had to find a small section of one bed free of stains to avoid all of them. At 1:30 in the morning on a Friday morning, there was a lot of noise and thumping in the suites above me, including loud knocking on doors, including mine. This was particularly disappointing as I had stayed one night earlier in the week with no trouble or problems. The rates apparently were double for this pair of nights. I will avoid this place in the future

The room looked clean, but smelled bad like an old grandma‘s house. The heater/air conditioner was so old that the buttons were worn off and you had to guess to try to turn it on not to mention the three flights of stairs that we had to go up with our luggage. The staff was really nice brought our DoorDash when they didn’t bring it to our room and left it at the office.

Loved it – 10 out of 10! We had a great stay! The staff were so nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The highlight was definitely the super comfy bed—we slept great. Just a heads up for future guests: you have to be a little careful when maneuvering in the parking area, but everything else was flawless. Highly recommend!

clean and big room, kind staff strong air-conditioned, very cool

It's your typical super budget hotel. Thank goodness I was there with my partner because I wouldn't have felt safe alone... We rented the room kinda as a nap location until an event in the evening. Just everything was gross. Cleaning, or lack off. Parking is horrible. Location is seedy. Front desk staff were nice, but other than that. Low baller, low budget, LOW expectations and .... you hope to check out and not take home a traveling roach.

The room was spacious, and clean. I liked that there was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. All in all, the amenities were very adequate. The bed was large, and there was also ample room for luggage. I appreciated the shampoo/conditioner and the hair dryer in the bathroom. The light switch inside the door didn't appear to operate anything — even after I switched on all the lamps, the switch had no effect. But the lighting was adequate, when the lamps were turned on. I would have loved a way to make coffee in the room, or at least to have coffee in the lobby; the lack was a disappointment. And the parking was very difficult, with the spaces separated by poles; the poles were hard to avoid, especially when backing up; and I found that only the middle spaces in each section — which is to say, one third of the parking places — provided enough space to get in and out of the car easily, and to load and unload the car. I know that your parking area has limited space, but I wish there were a solution to the crowding.

Very clean with lots of room. Staff was very nice and attentive. The only thing that could have been better was the pillows. They were a bit lumpy.

If you are older and have trouble with stairs and inclines this is not the motel for you. The room was clean…older but clean…the bed was comfortable but the room lacked a few things we have gotten used to at other facilities. I was aware that no breakfast was offered but restaurants were nearby…that said…when I checked in I was given two bottles of water…nice…however…there were no glasses in the room. No coffee or phone either if that’s important to you. Other problems I encountered was, even though parking is available on site it is under ground and the spaces are so tight you couldn’t open your door and again more stairs. Another somewhat minor Issue is the smoke detector was just outside the bathroom door and there wasn’t an exhaust fan to dissipate the shower steam…so when you opened the door after a shower the smoke detector activated…twice for me. In spite of the above the owners/managers seemed very nice.

For the price and location, it's affordable staff are very helpful and made me feel welcomed special thanks to owners for keeping price affordable.

Perfect location, especially if you’re traveling without a car, as the bus stop is nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was huge and equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again! There isn’t a breakfast.

ALL THIS SPACE FOR THE PRICE! THIS PLACE IS A LIL SECRET I WANT TO KEEP BUT CANT I didn't like that I had to leave. One night was just a tease.

Great staff, very friendly and gave us many recommendations! Simple accommodations, comfortable enough, and just what we needed for an unexpected last minute need for a hotel. It's a simple motel, some of the fixtures are a bit run-down, but it didn't affect our stay in the slightest. If you're not put off by that, it'll be a great stay. Again, the staff was very accommodating and friendly!

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The location was also very convenient. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator, which was very useful. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. Thank you very much for taking such good care of the cleanliness and keeping the hotel so tidy. We really appreciated it!
