Great place to stay. I did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean. Breakfast was great with gluten free products. I will stay there again

The Fairfield Inn and Suites in Papillion is a very good place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stay here every time we visit Omaha. It’s close to family in Papillion and close enough to the city that anything we want to do is easy to get to. We’ve never had a bad experience at this hotel.

Nothing. I couldn't tell you. We booked a king studio suite. They charged us for a king studio suite. When we got there they didn't have a room. Still haven't been refunded

I had a dirty wash cloth hanging on my shower curtain rod and for the price I would have thought it would have been cleaner and smell better.

Excellent breakfast and breakfast area. Nice furnishings. Loose sheets Wide span, sparse water from shower head.

The hotel was very clean and they provided a nice breakfast that varied from day to day. The service provided by the Kennedee at the front desk was most pleasant and courteous! You have a gem with Kennedee greeting guests in such a lovely manner!!!

Quiet and friendly. Tall creamer was good. Beds were in bad shape. AC was bad. Coffee creamer in little containers curdled.

Liked that they offered breakfast.

The wonderful human that checked me in was fantabulous, and I hope she gets recognition for her vibe!! My room was comfy & clean, and the tub was appreciated! Breakfast options were yummy and so happy to see GF muffins 😍!

Continental breakfast - hard to find these days. Good spread catering to all diet needs

The shower, bed , and the staff. The indoor pool area was hot as hell, then you get in the hot tub and if feels luke warm. My lady and I just hopped in the damn pool. Bring booze and a speaker and dance in the pool. Oh and jets in the hot tub suck.

Location/price The smell as soon as you walk in. Room #204 bathroom door doesn't shut as "extremely large reducer" was installed by flooring crew..airconditioner decided to randomly shoot out hot air.

Room was clean, breakfast had lots of choices hot and cold.

Quiet Location The plumbing was insanely loud. You could head what every room around you was doing.

Location Our door jamb (209) was out by 3/4 of an inch, didn’t close correctly and you could see to the hallway but I used it as a nightlight! We could lock it so I wasn’t worried enough to ask for a room change. Desk, housekeeping and custodian were all wonderful!
