The Silverado Lodge

Absolutely loved the in late October! Wish there was snow, but very little traffic so that was awesome! I think the carpet in the room was freshly washed because is was super wet. It finally dried the next morning, but our feet and socks were super soaked. The view is absolutely incredible, and near by restaurants are delicious! Highly recommend coming here even if you aren't skiing!

It was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there. The mini blinds had an issue, but they were gonna fix them soon.

Great room and sauna. Convenient to the Canyons and Park City.

We loved using the hot tub, sauna, and steam room! Our room was clean and everything was very nice!

The three full bathrooms were a plus. Not sure how I ended up missing this, but it was so great. Fit six very comfortably, but you could probably get away with a couple more people. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

It was a nice getaway

Check-in was terrible. These are individually owned units and there was a key card with our name on it but no room number or unit number. There was no one at the front desk only a phone number to call that redirected us to another hotel. They had no information on where our room was. They didn’t even have our name in their system. We had to try to call several different people to find out where our room was — check-in process took over two hours. We finally found someone who could help us after calling Expedia, the hotel, and several other people, they got back to us with our room number. it wasn’t very clean. We will never stay there again!

Amazing resort. We loved how cozy the room was, with a beautiful and modern bathroom, great size, and a combination of hard floor and soft carpet. The view from our balcony was gorgeous. Bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious. The TV worked well and the fireplace was a nice touch. Very homey with wood accessories like a mantle and coat hanger in the entryway. Plenty of towels and even kitchenette items like a mini fridge, microwave, real plates/cups/mugs/silverware (not plastic), a brand-new looking coffee pot and a great selection of coffee and tea to choose from. I have also never seen a more immaculately clean room before aside from just two things. The porch was shared, but it wasn't that big of an issue. Bed frame was placed in the room so the outlet was covered and not accessible. Only one nightstand, which was inconvenient but due to the closet being next to the one side of the bed. However all of those things were merely inconvenient. What was more of an issue was the duty on the bathroom fan, and then the dust on the bedframe. The bedframe was extremely ornate and beautiful but EXTREMELY dusty. I ended up cleaning it the first night we were there because there was at least a half inch of dust on the ornate pinecones and needles.

Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. If I’m in the area again I will stay here for sure.

Convenient location in Park city for a fair price.

The room was amazing, had coffee, tea, toaster, fridge, a fireplace, it was also very clean, very friendly staff, and very affordable. The property could use a little big sign.

The bathroom was spacious Things didnt seem too clean, the parking was interesting, everything about the room seemed cheap or simple for what we were expecting from the website, bed was uncomfortable, room felt too small, and no staff to check into and had to go to different location to get checked in was very messy to find and locate the buildings for a new comer. Very inconvenient

The room was great. The room next door to ours had an alarm clock go off at 5:30am, nobody was sleeping in there. I tried calling the front desk but nobody answered. The alarm stopped by itself after a long time.

Good location. Looks like they didn’t bother to clean or vacuum the floor of the room. It wasn’t that clean all around the property either and so we were disappointed with that. The walls were also very thin and we could hear the room next door which was annoying.

Very clean very nice rooms loved the balcony and view and full fridge and kitchen all of it was so nice definitely staying again

We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the fireplace was a fun feature even though we didn't use it. The bathroom was wonderful with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower with wonderful shower heads. I wanted to stay in there for hours. We loved the bed and the T.V. We were very happy with everything.

The pros: the pool was clean and heated. The hot tub was great! Room was clean. Location is pretty good too. Cons: needs new mattresses. Can feel the wire around the mattress and the bed sinks. The microwave glass in the door was loose. You had to lift it up to close the microwave door.
