Check in was quick and efficient. Spacious clean room with very comfortable bed and clean fresh linens. Easy parking in well lit lot.

The location is convenient and free parking. The room didn’t have hair dryer.

I didn't get the accessible room I requested, but they were able to give me a shower chair, which was all I really needed. The refrigerator and microwave, not mentioned in the listing, were a nice surprise.

The best hotel to stay by downtown. We went for a kpop concert at the mortgage center and it was a 12 min walk. We were close to coffee shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the rooms were big. I would stay here again!

The staff was really nice but got bit badly by bed bugs. Otherwise was a good location.

TV didn't work.

Always a good call. The hotelier and his young family operate a solid, affordable hotel solution in Pasadena. Close to everything. Superb air conditioning—transform a sweltering hot day into an ice box! Clean rooms, soft comfy beds, state of the art shower heads, and cable tv with oodles of channels, including CSPAN. Perfect for a staycation or business trip. I shall return.

parking was not good. people made their own spaces because they didn't want to park where they should've, in a designated space!

The manager is saying that someone got into my room and threw up all over my bedsheets. It happened many times and there’s no toilet paper in the bathroom nor soap. It was so stinky

The reception man was Great, super kind, gentle and friendly, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe zone The air conditioning rumors sounds like a tank cruising in the room, and the bathroom was dirty, with hair from the previous guest

The stay was mostly uneventful. I did receive 2 bed bug bites. One on the wrist and another on the side of my neck.

Awesome experience! I had some requierments and all I had to do is ask. Jay, who runs the property went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Room was beautiful, clean with all the expected amenities. Parking lot would get pretty full in the evening but I never had a problem finding the spot. I know where to stay next time I need a hotel in Pasadena.

The bathroom has nice linens and a hair dryer. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room very pleasant. Parking was well lit and easy. This is a very well managed property. The location is convenient for activities in the area.

The man working the front desk was polite and kind and I appreciated his help. The towels all had hair embedded in them and the room itself had smears of unknown substances across the walls and on the bedding. In the morning of the day that we left we found a mouse in our room and after moving some of our belongings found mouse droppings everywhere especially behind the dresser. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling and placed in the drawer of the bedside table. All of the sprinklers were rusted through.

This place was nice. It was actually smoke free and I appreciate that.
