Hampton Inn & Suites Pasco/Tri-Cities

I booked two nights a month in advance and after the first night the hotel was trying to kick us out of our room. Stating they only had us in their system for one night. I had proof of what I paid for but that didn’t seem to matter since it was through Expedia. It was embarrassing and I had to pay an additional $350 for the second night. I was told Expedia is refunding me but I still haven’t seen that yet. Over terrible experience with Expedia and hotel staff

Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy access to sport complex.

Airport shuttle was a huge help! Room was very clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was robust, including plenty of fresh fruit and Chobani yogurts!

All was great! Except the hotel was freezing

Good for a Continental Breakfast. Good hours. Staff kept food items stocked well. Needed to book a room with a king bed.

Room was perfect sized. Very clean. Bed was hard tho which was not comfortable sleeping at all. Pool was clean. Hot tub was out of order, very disappointing. Also ice machine was out of order which was inconvenient. They don’t do housekeeping when only staying 2 nights so I had to request clean towels & garbage to be taken out. When paying the same price per night I expect the same amenities such as clean towels & emptied garbage. Overall I was happy with the hotel location, the rate was reasonable for the room & the breakfast was top tier. Will return for sure…

Super clean room

For a Hampton, it was ok. I’ve stayed at a lot cleaner and nicer ones. The staff that I dealt with were fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic, Staff in the breakfast were on top of anything that came up.

What can you say has everything you need as always. Staff was extremely helpful. Shuttle us to the ball game and back. Let us park our motorcycles under the awning. Breakfast oatmeal was great with lots of fruit. We’ll be back!

Clean room

Generally nice place to stay. Room was good, though we had a leaky tub faucet. Also a bit loud in room as hotel was full an activity was high. Would stay there again.

Breakfast had a great selection of foods and a very comfortable place to eat. Food was well stocked, and there were no shortages we experienced. We had noisy neighbors, so we could have wished for more soundproofing between rooms.
