I didn’t get a full house cleaning until 9 days into my stay and I was asking front desk from 5 days into my stay. I saw a fly inside the bagel container the first day I had breakfast. Also, the machines in the laundry room need to be cleaned. Customers are paying to use those filthy machines. Some of the towels they left in my bathroom were dirty, how do you not notice the towels aren’t being washed properly? I will never stay at another holiday inn.

The exterior and amenities are in good condition, the staff are pleasant and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, the hotel has a distinct smell of potential mold or at least it was very stuffy. Are you OK? Don’t know what’s going on. Do you wanna try guacamole? Oh yeah little tricky. It’s so funny. I returned my car rental at the Concord airport I get there. They told me I could pick up a new car when I get back. Can you do that so I had to pay for a Uber to get me to the other location a mile and halfway and not safely a mile and a half good distance there’s probably over 2 miles ended up walking a mile because I didn’t wanna wait so I met the Uber on my way so I get there. They have all these minivans we got this. That’s what I was driving earlier. Turns out I get the very same car somebody else rented it and returned it and they cleaned it changed the oil like 10,000 miles. I’m like yeah you know what I just put the last 4000 miles on this car. This is my car so somebody else put like five or 600 miles on it over the weekend and now I get it back all brand new, but I filled up there with sand go to the beach every day. I do not like doing it for you.

stayed there for business , had no problems , staff was great

Bed was very comfortable. Room had a musty smell and water dripping from ceiling in bathroom.

It was comfirtable. Always refill the coffee caps. Breakfast was always the same. Even the same food some changes can be done.

Of the three rooms booked- 2 were musky and damp - one even had a stand alone dehumidifier

We missed the chocolate milk that used to be available at breakfast and the pancake maker seemed to run out of mix quickly, but honestly, those are nitpicking. Those were not big problems. Everything else was fine. There was a structure in the bathroom that held towels that appeared to have been loosely attached to the dry wall, because at some point it fell out. That didn't really affect us, and when we reported it, it was quickly repaired. This was good. Not really a complaint.

The location and the people. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was exquisite. nothing that I can think of,
