Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pensacola Airport North – I-10 by IHG

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had dirty towels which I'm sure is a health violation. There were stains on the sofa so we're didn't even use it. And the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent.

First time at this location, but a very memorable stay because it was my first hurricane I have ever been in. I will definitely never forget the roof coming off the building.

The front desk did an exceptional job at accommodating us on a Hurricane weekend! Stress level was high and they handled everything extremely well!

The room was big and clean, breakfast was good, and free shuttle from the airport. The room was modern, spacious, and clean. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little cold and impersonal. Despite the modern design, it lacked the warmth and cozy feeling that would make it more inviting.

Well, I was there during hurricane Isiahs, however you spell it, so the first day was lovely everybody at the front desk and all staff were very friendly but the next day was the hurricane so no electricity no water but of course not their fault. Totally expected. I went to a hotel to be closer to the airport, but they were still friendly. They were helpful. They tried to get what they could for breakfast, no complaints. They had a lot to do. It was a stressful time. It's nice having the other holiday inn next door it has a bar and food. Thanks everyone, sorry about the roof!

Bad

It was a clean, quiet and inexpensive place to stay. Parking was not easy. There were lots of trucks that took up the whole back parking lot. The front parking lot was full. I finally parked behind one of the trucks. Other than that it was a great stay.

We checked in on a Friday night and had a reservation for 1 night. Our flights were canceled due to the hurricane and we asked upon check-in to extend our stay for 2 nights instead of 1. I hand my card to the employee to run for the second night as I had already paid for the first night. I also had to pay for 2 nights incidentals. We were without water for 12+ hours and without electricity 24+ hours when we realized the hotel had electricity but we didn’t have any in our room. When I called the front desk after midnight to find out why we didn’t have power in our room, we were told to come downstairs. When my husband gets downstairs, we are told they never charged us for the second night and if we want to stay we need to pay again. We then at almost 1:00 in the morning have to change rooms as the 5th floor had been evacuated due to flooding from the roof being blown off during the hurricane. As earlier in the night an employee asked if we wanted to move to a lower floor since the elevator was not working. All this after my husband was up half the night helping the maintenance manager empty trash cans so they would not overflow during the night with all the leaks in the roof. We were made to feel like we were thieves stealing a room. The night employee was less than friendly. If this is how paying patrons are going to be treated, I would not recommend this establishment.

Breakfast was ok Handicap shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Airport Holiday Inn was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Staff was great. Good location near I-10 and I-110.

Clean and pretty safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. I left something at the hotel and I called within the hour. They said that they didn’t find anything missing and I know I left it there. Told them where I left it, they said again nothing was found. I asked for a call back later, not sure what happened, but again, I called the next day and nothing. They said they’d call me back if found in lost and found and I’ve heard nothing. I’m assuming that the shirts got thrown away or taken.
