Motel 6 Pensacola, FL - Airport West

Mirror was full of dings and chips. Bedcover under sheet was soiled. Not enough working outlets

No good

Bad

Missing lock hardware on the door (at the top)

The staff was very friendly and attentive. When I reported that the TV had no signal, they responded quickly and checked the problem. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. There were no convenient outlets for charging a phone, the lighting was poor, and the room was extremely outdated. The bed looked like it had been straightened, but it did not appear clean, and the room had a horrible smell. The shower water constantly changed from hot to cold, sometimes becoming so hot that it could burn you. The bathroom was also not very clean, and the towels were worn out and overused. Overall, the condition of the room made me uncomfortable touching or using anything. Although the staff provided friendly service, the room needs major cleaning, maintenance, and updating. The pictures online are very deceiving.

The friendly staff and the pool

Free coffee Work on the pool

Ok, room was clean, bathroom (shower stall) was small for my size, could use some paint and general maintenance

Made a reservation for 5 rooms but they didn’t give me the room and they give it to somebody else

Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms

No plugs! The other reviews are misleading because the place is awful for the price you pay. You can get a place on plantation dr for half the price & better! It sounded like someone was getting beat to death both nights between 1am-2am. If you want to waste money & have hair all over the towels & sheets go for it! The staff at night were extremely kind & polite unfortunately that didn’t make up for the hotel conditions.

Room was not clean, sheets n blanket stains

It’s a decent place to stay if you are on a budget.

I didnt read the reviews until my last day onsite. The room was just a bit outdated, small yet comfortable. We spent our days at the beach and only came back to swim and or sleep. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I read it was in a bad neighborhood but we honestly didnt have any issues. I feel like it was a good value for what we paid.

Property not clean dirty sheets, cockroaches everywhere expenses for the quality of the room

Upon entering the room we found used, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, the light switches are covered in dirty fingerprints and hair. Suffice to say the room was not cleaned properly and we wont be touching much of anything in the room with our bare hands.

Very good

The worse experience. The room smelled the smoke, the shower was dirty with hair and left over soap in it. The bed did not look clean. Tried to get my money back and they told me NO!

I went here because the reviews were high idk who they paying to make the reviews but this place was horrible!! Bugs in the room (roaches ) cigarette burns in the thin blanket the sheets where stained and nasty ! Asked to be moved and the manager moved me that room was worse than the other one ! Trash all under the fridge roaches in the fridge ! So we moved back to the other room I cleaned it and had to ask for an extra blanket cause the blankets were so thin it was like sleeping with a sheet ! Shower was molded , weed on the microwave! The pool was clean but molded around it drunks swimming in their clothes idk know if they was even guest ! Dogs barking all night ! It was awful !!!

The room was basic. Ask for more pillows if you need more than 2 for a Queen size bed. No shampoo or lotion provided. 2 small bars of soap only. Towels and linens were old but usable.
