Clean Power went out and I have a portable oxygen tank that I had to walk down the flight of stairs to charge. I was told by the staff that I would only be charged for one day since I left early

Clean, very modern look. Great staff. Wanted two queen beds but all that was available was 1 king. We made it work.

It was a nice hotel it was clean staff were friendly breakfast was good, Its convenient to the Trauma Hospital, I think they should give discounts to family members whose families members are in the hospital, any discount would be help to family members. A family member has been in the trauma unit for 3 weeks due to motorcycle accident we asked if they provided a discount and they said no. Management should meet with the hospital to come up with a program to help families who going thru an unexpected stressful time.

The air conditioner in our room was so loud we had to buy earplugs. I let the staff know about it, so hopefully they will get it fixed.

The breakfast was really nice, coffee, fruit and grits were our favorites. Other families were eating also, no unruly kids Everything was above my expectations

Staff was a little slow with the coffee. Free breakfast was marginal. I opted to eat close by. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Can walk across the street to get to shopping and restaurants(wide selection). Overall great hotel for the price.
