Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Perry

Location and it was nice hotel Water in shower was not very warm

Sadly, I was there when there was no power for several hours

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely outdoor spaces and very friendly staff. I especially appreciated the in-room microwave and the convenience of having laundry facilities available. Unfortunately, our first night was disrupted by a power outage lasting several hours, followed by television service not working. I understand some circumstances may have been outside the hotel’s control, but it was still disappointing during a trip with my daughter. I also wish dinner service extended beyond 10 p.m. With limited nearby dining options, a later closing time or a late-night menu would be helpful, especially for guests returning from the fair. There is a lot to love about this property, but the first-night disruptions affected our overall experience.

As soon as we got there we were greeted with smiles! I believe it was the kitchen manager that connected with my two grandchildren and made sure to high five them every time he saw them and made sure everything was going good with our stay. Ms Linda is the “ambassador of the hotel friendly committee” if that’s not her title it should be!!! She was so friendly and I absolutely fell in love with her as did my grandsons… the youngest had just turned 3 years old and when we told her she gave him a little birthday money and not just to him but she gave some to his older brother too!!! This sweet lady was constantly cleaning and mopping the lobby and greeting and being so kind to everyone!!! They made our trip to the fair extra special with their kindness!!! The bartenders and waiters were super nice too!!! The food was great and the rooms were too!!! Just a perfect 5 star stay!!! We will be back next year for the fair!

We had an EXCELLENT experience at the Fairfield in Perry! The staff was the most friendliest staff I believe I have ever witnessed staying at any hotel! Typically chain hotels, they just try to make you comfortable & keep their heads down. This hotel...they went above & beyond! We never passed an employee without them speaking to us, asking how our stay was, if we needed anything, etc. I wish I had gotten her name..but there was one older lady that was so sweet & I never seen her stop! From mopping the floors in the elevator to restocking towels at the pool. She was AWESOME & needs a raise! The restaurant & bar inside the hotel is an amazing perk & add on! The food was Delicious! I wish that the hours were more accommodating like a 11am-9pm, Mon-Sun type deal but maybe one day that will be adjusted! The rooms were EXTREMELY clean! And as far as the pool....😍😍 I can't praise that enough! It was super clean and we LOVED relaxing in it! Location wise - PERFECT if you have an event going on at the fairgrounds! I just hope this place stays in tip top shape as it is in now! If they can keep the current staff on board...it defiantly will!! Great experience & we will defiantly be back for our next horse show at the Perry Fairgrounds!

The room they originally gave us had to be changed, and we had to settle with a Queen bed, as opposed to reserved King bed. Refrigerator and Coffee maker were not working in the original room and AC filters were laying outside the AC.

The computers were down, so it took forever to check in. It took the front desk 3 times to get me a key B to my room. I won't be back, and will think twice before staying at properties of this brand.

It was a beautiful property -exceptionally clean and amazing breakfast. The pool and the outer area was gorgeous.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean all around. Bed was comfortable. Pillows could be better ( fluffy then flat pancake when you lay on them). Great breakfast option and water station on every floor. Staff was very friendly and polite. Totally recommend this facility.

It was very clean and great location for high school graduation Staff at time of check out looked over me as I was waiting and helped others that obviously were not next.
