Beautiful property, great view of the river, my only negative is that the river view rooms should’ve had balcony rooms but other than that hotel is in the best place

Booked with breakfast was told it would be extra

The hotel was good. I didn’t really experience nothing exceptional. Personally, I thought it was somewhat overpriced for what was offered. Great location

I want to start off by saying the room is very nice and large: king-size bed, a nice sofa, great TV, very well appointed. Out of two elevators only one worked and it was god-awful slow. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the staff knew about it. The front desk receptionist always seemed to have an edge to her unless you poured honey over her, then she kind of lightened up a little bit. The bathroom originally had no cold water coming out of the faucet. I had to get down below the sink and turn the cold water back on. The shower was huge but the flow restriction was so bad that it hardly seemed like you were getting wet at times We needed new towels after the first night and I was surprised when we returned to our room and found that it hadn't been touched. Turns out that they don't do anything to your room until you leave for good. There were plenty of parking spaces but each space was fairly narrow, comparatively speaking, geared more towards European cars that are skinnier. The property was well maintained. It had a nice workout room with one elliptical, one treadmill, some weights, and some other minor things. The hotel had a nice bar but when we got back to the hotel on a Saturday night at 8:45, it had already closed. Even though it's a nice bar, it wasn't very convenient with the hours We did not experience the breakfast bar so I can't make any comments. So overall for $300 a night (all in) I thought it was a pretty minimal hotel room and hotel

The commodes are Too low to floor And charged $7. To park as a veteran handicapped ! 😢

Staff, cleanliness, and parking was excellent. The toilet was really low - too low for my mom who had hip replacement surgery. Thank you.
