The Heid Lofts By Reside, A Wyndham Residence

I was really happy with the room and the staff. I walked all over downtown Philadelphia and found the location was just right for me.

Clean room awesome staff

The rooms are large and very inviting. I really enjoyed the rustic warehouse motif. The view I had was maneficient especially looking out those huge windows. The kitchen was very nice asset to have. The shower was a chefs kiss. Definitely, would book again.

We were there three nights and had two towels … no hand towels / no face cloths and no bath mat. Had to go to the desk to get more - they gave us two more large towels and had to ask the next day for more … delivery was hanging on our door for us … HOWEVER again just large towels. The walls are paper thin … both nights there was a domestic next door and had to call the front desk….

The window treatment didn't work in the living room.

Could’ve been a lot cleaner. There were trash bags on the 5th floor immediately when you get off the elevator. Very much an eye sore. And the room could’ve been cleaner.

The place was great except for a severe leak in the bedroom. It rained and water poured into the bedroom all night soaking the blinds and creating a puddle on the floor. I was offered no compensation for the night either.

Loved my stay, loft was so clean and equipped with everything I needed. Staff was nice and personable.

Fruit flies inside room where annoying

The staff was nice. The location is excellent. The building and my apartment was not good, broken blinds, no shampoo and many broken elements

Very nice place and walking distance to the convention center. Rooms were big. Roof top was amazing.

I loved my stay at the Heid Lofts! I had some questions prior to check in, and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. My room was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, I only stayed for one night but I'd definitely come back for a longer stay because of the full kitchen and laundry. You can't beat the value for the price, especially if you look at what you'll be paying for a standard bland hotel room elsewhere.

Parking sucked but it was just like a block away. I like this place because it was in the middle of everything for us. Also the space worked out best for my family and I. The area is quiet and pretty clean. I have stayed here twice now and I would again

Staff was super! Parking

There were 3 towels for 6 people and no bedsheets for the sofa bed and there were supposed to be 3 queen beds not 2 with a sofa bed. Then one bathroom had no body wash or shampoo. Not a good stay at all but it was shelter for us y that’s about it.

Would stay again

Clean and spacious room with nice views Roof top with workout room. Nice kitchen. Shower heads were difficult to operate and bathroom sink plug did not work in one of the bathrooms. Also, bedroom located near the elevator can hear it operate all night.

The room was nice and staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, we ran out of soap and toilet paper.
