The housecleaning staff was great! We forgot some things and they called us. We were still very close and were able to drive back by before heading home.

Stayed here for one night. Great value and the room was very large and spacious. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We would stay here again!

We had room booking issues between hotels.com and the hotel regarding a friendly pet room. They corrected it and had to give us a different room but it was an upgrade we had to pay (it was their usual charge not what we would get from hotels.com). Plus a pet fee, plus a $200 pet deposit! Then we lost $2.25 in their vending machines. Additionally the ad shows “breakfast buffet” from a nearby restaurant and it was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and some frozen apples and oranges… yes frozen- they were covered in frost. The OJ was good. There was basically nothing for kids. No toast, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bacon…etc what a buffet is expected to have. The room was ok but the overall building is aged. Some redone, like the lobby. It fit the bill for a shower while on a road trip where there was no showers our previous nights (primitive camping), but would recommend staying elsewhere for the cost and disappointments we had.

We will be back soon! Very clean and fast service

The staff were very kind and helpful! However, the parking was TERRIBLE. The lot is shared with the buffet that is right there and there were barely any close spots. The rooms were dated and very dusty. The pool was nice and my daughter loved the slide, however. The breakfast was not great! We booked it because it said ‘buffet breakfast’ but it was a lie. We had the same offerings every morning of stake biscuits, scrambled eggs, and sausage. No cereals or oatmeal’s or yogurt. Definitely not what was promised. For the money, go stay somewhere else!

We’ve stayed here in the past without issues. However this time it was not clean and they didn’t have any extra pillows/blankets when we requested it. The toilet also kept backing up

The hotel is definitely showing its age and needs updating. Staff was nice. The beds were not very comfortable and the towels are so small and thin. The room we occupied had an exhaust fan in the bathroom but it didn't really do anything to vent the room so everything in the bathroom felt wet after a shower. It didn't help that the shower curtain rod was hung in a way that the curtain would not stay closed on either end. On the plus side, my grandson enjoyed the indoor pool. Overall, I probably would choose another place to stay next time.

Loved this hotel!!

Great place to stay with young kids. The pool is great for the kids, but if you’re not traveling with kids it can be tough as kids are running around. But a great place to stay!

Hotel shows some age, however my grandson loved the indoor heated pool. I highly recommend for families!

The location is fantastic! It’s a bit worn, and there is no daily room service. A quick room refresh, specifically taking out the trash would be helpful.

The pool and the beds were comfortable

Very clean, friendly staff TV only has 2 channels that work! Very OLD!!!
-
Very nice place Nothing

Location and size of the room A couch in the room.would have been nice, the hot tub had very dirty jet heads ( which we never used cause of that) and the breakfast really needs more care and to be better protected from dry out, germs and cleaner set up ( we did not eat at the hotel due to that fact)

The room was suppose to sleep 3 adults. It did not and we had to rent a cot for my 18 year old at $19.00 per night. The room had aged carpet with a mold smell. I'm recovering from mold illness and smelled it the minute we got there, but they were full and so was everywhere else in town. We stayed two nights and just sucked it up. The pool was advertised as heated. It was not. Free Wifi was advertised and it was in the lobby and half way to our room it would drop and never come back until we walked back toward the lobby. They kept blaming it on a storm that never came. We were very disappointed with our stay. I can still remember the mold smell in the room. They need to rip up the carpet and just go with the newer type floors that can be mopped. The breakfast was OK, but literally the same every single day(eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, apples, & oranges.)
