Room was great. Breakfast was delicious-a lot of choices. I liked that HBO max was included. The hot tub needed maintenance. The jets didn’t work. A clock outside would have been nice. Good location

Great hotel! Nice, clean, new, and great location

When I checked in, I approached the front desk and no one was there initially. An employee came out from the back and just stared at me. There was no welcome or “Hi how can I help you?” I just said I’m here to check in. His name was Prince by the way. So the check in was less than desirable and very impersonal, almost rude. One other issue regarding the rooms: I think that the outlets need to be upgraded and there should be USB ports available. There were none. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

We called and asked for early check in and the staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. They were very kind and helpful. Breakfast came with an amazing view and the hotel was very clean overall.

Stay was good, hotel was also very family friendly, clean and excellent. However the only reason I give 4 ratings is because of the employee who was working the night of 10/8/2026 thursday, Prince. He was really rude from the very first encounter we had with him. Very first time I asked him for forks/spoons/plates as we were having dinner in hottel lobby. He literally slammed the condiment container on the reception desk infront of me for no reason at all, no Hi, no hello how are you, how may I help you, here you go sir, please let me know if anything is needed. Just slammed it and went inside and sat on his phone where he was before I called him. Later in the night I went to report a problem. When we went out in the day from our room, our tv was off but when we came back in the night to our room, the tv wad on. My wife was scared by this as she was thinking someone might have entered the room even though we had DND sign on the door. So i went to Prince to report this, he kept on repeating "not enough evidence to accuse anything" almost 10 times. When i tried to explain him yhe situation 11th time, that I am not accusing anyone or anything i was just concerned as my wife was scared so sharing this incident, he accused me of "creating a situation out of nothing and making a scene in the lobby". At this point I was getting mad at him so my wife asked me to step away and she would continue the conversation with him. Then the nerve of this guy, Prince started yelling at my wife "

It was convenient to a lot of food & shopping and to the conference center which is why we were there. Needed a couple more outlets near the beds for charging phones.

Although my stay was only one night, I had a very pleasant experience at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge. The room was comfortable and well suited for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was appropriate and offered a convenient start to the day. The service was also good, with friendly and attentive staff who contributed to an enjoyable experience. Overall, a comfortable hotel with good service and convenient amenities. I would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Pigeon Forge.

We enjoyed staying. At a very good experience. Stayed for two nights with the grandchildren they love the pool. The only problem I think we had was the air conditioner. Grandbaby would laugh when it would come on we thought there was a spaceship landing in our room. Just needed to be maintenance. Overall, give it a 90% stay again definitely.

The room and hotel were very clean and in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly.

The mattress had a bit of a sag in it and you had to sign up for Marriott rewards program before you could get the free Wi-Fi. Don’t need to be on another mailing list just to get free Wi-Fi. But it was extremely clean, updated, and nothing broken. And the breakfast was very good.

Nice location, large rooms, clean, good breakfast. As someone who doesn't eat pork, I appreciated the turkey sausage at breakfast. One elevator was out which made for long waits for the elevator. Check-in was odd. Desk staff claimed he didn't have the type of rooms we reserved months ago. Then, suddenly he did. Also, seemed very put out when we asked for sheets for the pullout sofa.
