My husband and I had a quick relaxing getaway and enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs Hotel and Spa. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to the King Cliffs Signature room, which had a lovely view of the pool and ocean. Thanks to our Hostess Mikayla, for being thoughtful! All Staff was very courteous. It was so nice to be a few miles from Pismo Beach and all the yummy places to eat. We didn't have an itinerary, just free styled it and had a great time. We would recommend a stay here and plan to return.

The view was perfect We booked a suite, but it was the same size of regular room . Also I didn’t like that shower was without door But in general we enjoyed

The location was great. The premises are dated and not as attractive as expected at the price point. Bed was very uncomfortable and soft. The pool and overall grounds not very appealing. We paid for a coastal view but the window faced into a bunch of trees and condos. Ocean view was minimal. The charged extra for parking.

Exceptional service from the hotel staff and restaurant staff. We celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday at Marisol and overnight the evening of Saturday 9/26. Luis treated us with such kindness and was so accommodating! The band was wonderful and even sung Lily happy birthday. It was a truly amazing stay. Thank you!

The Ocean view room was amazing, pool right in front of it as well. Eggs Benedict from the breakfast menu was the best one from our entire trip. Staff very welcoming, it was offered welcome drinks once we arrived, room was clean, spacious, comfy bed. Thanks to everyone who made our stay feel like home. Had to struggle a bit to get the water going on the shower, the screws holding the shower handle wasn't actually screwed in place, it looked like it was stuck for a while but we could figure out in 2 min so it was surely a minor thing.

Perfect location, well appointed property and rooms were amazing! The staff were exemplary.
