Property was clean. The pool never opened when we were told it was. Kids were very disappointed

The bed was comfortable but the good experience ended there. Sliding glass door to balcony was nearly impossible to open. Once finally opened, the sliding screen got stuck half open and couldn't open or close any further. Balcony was filthy. Shower water was barely tepid and for several hours the hotel had no water at all - their accommodation for this inconvenience was 1 bottle of water (standard 16 oz) for each of us. I guess they didn't understand you need water to flush a toilet! We opted for no cleaning service on the first day; asked for service the next day and it never showed. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Business center was unusable - no connection to the internet or to the printer sitting right next to the computer. Staff's response was "well we're doing away with this anyway." Both TV's were useless. No option to log into our own accounts. Referred to "IT" who were completely clueless. Had no idea about limits on TV or even how to use it. In short, never again would I stay there and will think twice about staying at any hotel in this chain.

The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel is in process of renovation/fixing which was fine. The bed was comfortable and overall pretty clean. We had issues with ants randomly in the bathroom but only for two days not sure what caused it as we didn’t have any food in the room. The breakfast is your typical basic breakfast gives you what you need to start the day. I would stay again overall good experience and close to major highways and stores

I am giving the rating of 4 due to a couple of things. First of all I do want to say that the staff were welcoming, answered any questions asked, and provided items when requested. The place is being worked on so there would be doors open and cables sometimes in the floor. On our floor, 3rd towards our room there was a smell of weed and musty smell. Rooms were clean, beds and bathrooms included. We stayed for multiple days so when we asked for a refresh of our room, it was taken care of. I would stay here again.
