Reasonably priced. Breakfast needs more attention. Offerings were slim and generic.
-
Plenty of parking spaces Not very clean room. They have not done housekeeping yet when we checked in and entered the room and found the room not cleaned.
-
Not much You can hear people walking above floor TV’s playing

My impression s? It’s a quiet rural area, but I am impressed how quiet the motel was. Not all the time, but occasionally it get noisy. I also liked the area.
-
The place was closed I was not notified that they were doing renovations

Not the hotel’s fault but upstairs neighbor played very loud music at 7:30 am Sunday morning. Good stuff: Price, convenient location, spacious room, easy to watch Amazon Prime on TV, good pillows, easy checkout.

The hallways and elevator are scratched up. The lobby has a rack of extremely overpriced junk food for sale (like a gas station), most of the bins empty and dirty. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky on my bare feet. The sink didn’t drain. It was noisy at night from slamming doors. Apparently the management cares about their money, but not maintenance. I would not stay here again. If you want breakfast go into Pittsfield or head over to the Big Y supermarket. Do yourself a favor and spend more money on a better room elsewhere. This is not the hotel I remember.

First room had a very bad odor but they did make it right by changing our room. Over priced for the room.

decent breakfast and coffee available at all times.

The location was OK. We had an appointment at Berkshire Medical The front desk person was friendly. There was tea and coffee available in the front lobby. Booked an accessible room. It was not ready when we checked in. The room did NOT have a walk in shower that I needed. The bathroom fan was not working. The ac system was either too cold or too hot. Breakfast was not good. They ran out of eggs and waffle batter. No napkins and limited utensils. Spoke to the manager and he said he need to speak with booking.com to make any adjustments to our bill. Have not received anything as of yet from booking.com or manager

I checked in at 2:15pm on Wednesday and around 8pm my daughter had a bedbug crawling on her. I had the front desk clerk come to the room. She was not helpful at all and instead of apologizing for it she asked me if I brought them with me. Then the manager came and she asked the same thing. This was my first time away from home in 20 years. I was so offended. The manager said that we would have to leave and they would refund us a full credit. I then had to try to find another hotel at 8:30 at night in a state i am not familiar with. I was able to find another hotel about 15 minutes away but the cost was a considerable amount higher. So now the room that I prepaid for months prior I have to wait for the credit to show on my account and I had to figure out another place to stay with my two kids. I had only brought extra money to cover food for the 5 days we would be there and a few extras at the racetrack we were going to. The new hotel was $1400 which i had to come up with on the fly and now its Sunday and the credit has still not shown on my card. I have tried to call this hotel and they dont answer. This morning I received a text saying it was time to check out. I feel I shouldn't have gotten that text if they had checked me out Wednesday and refunded my money. Not a pleasant few hours at all. I am hoping I dont have to drive 3 hours to go back there to fight for this refund. I should get more back then what I spent for the complete inconvenience I had to suffer due to them.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was not far from Tanglewood. The hotel lobby, dining area, and gym were run down

Exceptional
-
We had to ask for another room because of mold on everything!
-
Not enough handicap parking. To far away for existing spots.
-
The toilet seat was missing one of its hinges, there was NO toilet paper holder, the lighting, especially in the bathroom, was very dark, the carpet was threadbare and torn, and the maid left a dirty rag behind. I won’t be staying at a Best Western anytime soon!
-
Clean, staff was great, and ample parking
-
When it was mentioned that the hallways were messy we were told that help was hard to find, If they can't keep the building clean because of help they should close down until they can find the help.

Friendly staff. Good location.

Our room had a bathroom sink that was clogged (disgusting) and the window shades were too narrow to cover the window, which means the parking lot lights (our room was on the first floor) shined in our window all night.
