avid hotel Plano North by IHG

Great breakfast, friendly staff, and very clean. A cozy stay, I'll stay here again.

Very good

Hotel and rooms very clean.

Staff friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and well kept. The only complaint is the tiny pillows.

Had never heard of the hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. Brand new modern rooms tasty hot breakfast. Also the staff was quite helpful.

I think this is a review I hesitated most. They deserve this but I know it will affect the price in the future. After knowing this hotel, I will never go back to usual US hotels anymore. All was good for a simple, clean, fresh, quick, comfortable room. O really wanted to take pictures and apply the same simplicity and functionality into my lifestyle. I love this hotel, and all the staff were amazing. I can’t find a thing that needs improvement at this price and functionality

I am giving 4 *s as I see a cpl of bugs in the restroom. I have seen the same in other hotels. I am not sure if they are common in the area. The facility, room were exceptionally clean. Decent breakfast. Staff were very pleasing and helpful. I have no complaints except parking in general takes a little walk. Will stay again.

Nice and clean. Smooth and easy check in as checkout..

Superb

The toilet did not flush completely which resulted in a not so pleasant experience. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Exceptional

Staff professional and met my needs I didn't hv any problems

New, clean No microwave, no coffee maker in room.

Super clean, fresh interior design, no carpet in the room. Good breakfast. Water pressure was weak, and toilet was filling extremely slowly. Shower door couldn’t close.

Poor

Need more parking for Avid customers. Also more tables in the room and no microwave in the room had to go to lobby to warm food.

The wall is too thin; I can hear the TV sounds from next door. And the smoke detector was blinking a light right above my bed every minute. This was terrible. Especially, I was not able to sleep because of the sounds. The breakfast is just okay, but there's breakfast to take away. There was no disposal cup in the room. It was not good. And there was no soap to wash my face; this was terrible. I need to go out to buy soap.

NIce and Clean

Best avid hotel. Clean friendly all of it.

Great stay
