The lobby area is great for quick 1 on 1 business meeting with customers. It's also great for sitting down and relaxing, eating and if you want to spend a few minutes working on your laptop. Great environment! No.

You can tell this is an older hotel but it’s been remodeled and everything appears to have gotten a good refresh. The check in staff were super helpful! The gym is small and the pool was on the smaller side but definitely adequate. Bed was super comfy as well! Breakfast had a decent selection as well! There were several loud tucks racing by at night but not the fault of the property. Duncan donuts and Taco Bell are easily walkable.

The Room is nice,,,My co-worker moved to Gibbs Street,,so,,not to far from her ,,20 minutes apart They Charge me $ 20.00 more ,,my room # 329,,,I dont see my room is a Suit,,,it's just a double bed,,,No Fancy Room,,,,,May Not Use Them Again if The # 20.00 Not Return to My Credit Account,,,, I'm a Veteran,,I was staying few places from Booklet ( Fairfield Inn )

I loved the quality and most importantly the variety of all the breakfast items. Since I have a special diet there was plenty of variety that I was able to select certain breakfast items and have a comfortable meal and have a great start to my day. No. I liked everything. Please do not change anything at all!!!

I was in town (8/25-8/30) to bury my father. We requested for house keeping to refresh our beds and vacuum the floor. The first request was ignored because the housekeeper said there items on the bed so she didn't to bother which was not true. Second requested was made at the front desk. Upon my return feom handling funeral matters, I received an email from management stating housekeeper reported that due to the number of items in the room we were over the limit of guest. I was so upset that such a assumption would be made based on items in the room. His waa the most difficult times in my life and your emailing about an assumption. Which by the way was not true. I will never stay there again.

The staff was welcoming, she made me feel like I belong. The room was huge, clean throughout. Bed very comfortable and relaxing.

It was clean, and very quiet. My wife had to 20 dollars to reserve the room, when I already paid for room she got there before I did and they told her that she had to pay to reserve it and I already had talked to lady at front desk and she told me that she could pick up room keys and it wasn’t ready

This hotel has great clean amenities. We needed a late checkout the accommodated it at a reasonable fee. Hung out at pool and still used our room.
