WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Minneapolis - Plymouth

I had a three bedroom . It slept well. Everything you needed was present. The cleanliness was eyesite clean. You can tell they just used a swiffer to clean the floors. Because ever room it was dirty against the baseboards. Underneath the couch needed vacuumed. But it's either a new property or newly rentavated.

No WIFI for all 3 days of our stay. Hotel could not resolve issue. Booked a 3 bedroom, for group 5. Room came with 4 bath towels, I asked housekeeping who were outside our room for additional towels. They said no, told me I had to get them from the front desk. Kitchen plates, bowls were all incomplete sets. Example only 2 cereal bowls.

We love staying at the Waterwalk when traveling with family. We have adult children and grandparents and the apartments fit our needs so well.

Needs a walk in shower

Upon arrival, guests notice an articulate and friendly host/hostess. Easy checking and room was perfect. This is our second stay at this hotel and each time, there is not a speck or anything on the floor, tub, furniture, bedding. Beds are delightful with lush top but firm for the back so it feels like sleeping on clouds. Easy on/ off I169 and a great place to get to many attractions.

We really loved that there were separate rooms. Nice kitchen. Washer and dryer was very helpful. Only complaint was small bed and stiff pillows.

Service the Elevator regularly. It got stuck and my disabled mom had to wait down stairs for three hours.

The 2 bedroom/2 bath was very nice.

Easy to book. Friendly staff. Felt like home with all the amenities in the apartment. I did pick this place to be able to use the WiFi and work but it didn’t work. I had to call a separate number & it was taking to long as I had to get on & start work, so I ended up having to use my hot spot all week. Also there was no desk, but I was able to use the table if I moved it to the wall. Walls are thin…can hear people upstairs

The hotel is in a good location and the neighborhood felt safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing. There were multiple long strands of hair in the beds, which made us question whether the sheets had been properly changed. There was also quite a bit of trash left underneath the beds. The living room chairs were very dated and had heavy staining, and overall the unit could definitely use a deep cleaning and some updating. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, the location and staff were great, but the cleanliness of the room really affected our stay.
