Comfort Inn Pomona near Fairplex

I just needed a clean place to lay my head for a couple days instead of dealing with a long commute to and from work. The people at the front desk were very helpful. I was pinching pennies, so I know you get what you pay for, but it could use a good cleaning and upgrades. I was taking a nap with the do not disturb sign on my door, and cleaning lady barged in yelling housekeeping. It wasn’t the best stay.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Everything was what it said it would be. But, it was not a clean building and many things were not in good repair. Linens in the room were clean, but communal areas particularly unclean or in disrepair. Fortunately, the price was modest, so that seemed fitting.

The entrance to the parking lot was very difficult to find, as was the front desk. The breakfast selection was decent and the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. We did have an issue where the curtains hung over the AC unit. All they need to do is trim the curtains to fit the window. Otherwise it was a cozy place to stay.

When we checked the mattresses once getting into the room, the mattress topper was stained with cigarette burns. Staff changed the sheets and cleaned the mattress. The carpet had various stains, and the TV did not end up working. Overall, the experience was not good for what you are paying.

The Front Desk Staff Agents are very helpful and accommodating, along with their continual politeness and willingness to assure your stay is going well. I especially would like to commend ‘Sam’ that even while extremely busy tending to the reservations of the outgoing and incoming guests. He goes out of his way to make your stay is and has and did go as well as you’d expected. I always feel welcomed by him. Furthermore, the House Keeping Staff takes pride in a job well done and are very thorough with making sure the rooms are always cleaned totally and tidied up to your level of expectation. Bravo! To the ladies that keep this place running in tip-pop shape, Thank you all and God Bless you for a job well done. ✝️✡️

Everything was good wish they had a pool

I call for my deposit and they told me to call my bank that they couldn’t do anything to help me

Where to start. Very secluded from the street. The office over 80 degrees and the restroom was "out of order" It took over thirty minutes to check-in, and we were third in line. The rooms weren't cleaned; it was 4 o'clock. Had to go the desk several times because the keys didn't work. Once in the first room, no shade on the lamp, no clock, no phone, and no mini coffee pot. The second booked room much smaller and the TV didn't work nor did the room key. The breakfast was a total joke. I went down to breakfast to find, no milk, only two pieces of bacon and four sausages left, and an empty syrup bottle. Upon checking out, expressed my concerns, to the front desk, and was told they are only the desk attendances and have nothing to do with my concerns. Super sad.

Everything was good, the staff was kind and the room was clean and nicer than expected. It is just difficult for me to look past the mosquitoes that were in the lobby. I git several bites while I waited for my room and several bites at breakfast. The brywas good but I really have a low tolerance for mosquitoes and they should do something about it.

The rooms were outdated and the carpet required socks worn to keep your feet clean. The USB ports in my room didn't work and management had no back up to fix the problem. The mattress was broken down to the point of feeling the innersprings, spider webs hung over the bed, the free breakfast was not appetizing, juice machine only had one working choice, no decaf coffee was offered. A maintenance worker came to work in the bathroom while I occupied the room. All in all it was a lousy stay. Not happy spending $338.75 for the 2 days.

Breakfast room had an unpleasant smell. Carpet could use a shampoo.

The front not even have AC. The hall way like haunted movie. The bathroom with tall celling and dim light, in addition, it is lock from inside. If one person and can be huge trouble. The breakfast with no coffee and egg is really salty. Last but not least, there are no additional lock on the front door. The worst hotel I ever stay.

Friendly Staff Worst location of Pomona 10 miles away from Fairplex. Very old outdated building, Dirty Lobby , FILTHY NOISY ELEVATOR , ROOM CARD KEYS CONSTANTLY NEEDED TO BE RE-BOOTED OR REPLACED IN ORDER TO ENTER YOUR ROOM. THE ROOM I STAYED IN WAS WORN AND TATTERED . CARPET WAS FILTHY, THE SOFA BED WAS WORN AND FILTHY. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY AND AND DID NOT STAND FIRMLY STRAIGHT, OVERALL FURNITURE OUTDATED AND UGLY. BED MATTRESS WORN OUT AND LUMPY. AIR CONDITIONER AIR FELT DIRTY AS WELL. CURTAIN'S WERE WORN AND DIRTY. I STAYED THERE FOR THREE DAYS ( ONLY BECAUSE ) I WAS TO SICK AND WEAK TO GO ELSEWHERE. ALSO I AM A HOMELESS PERSON THAT HAS BEEN STAYING IN MOTELS OR IN MY CAR SINCE APRIL 24TH 2026. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN ANY MOTELS OR HOTELS A REVIEW LIKE THIS BEFORE . MY STAY THERE ADDED TO MY ILLNESS IN EVERY WAY MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT !!!

The place is run down it looks ghetto nothing like the picture. Carpets are filthy dirty

The room was incredibly old and run-down, looking more like an abandoned room than a hotel room. It was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling and let's not say the carpet was absolutely disgusting. We stayed for 3 days and during our stay not once did we get room service, the phone in our room didn't work. The fridge was literally standing on carboard pieces. I feel like they purposely gave me the crappiest room they had. Dont stay in room 217. Our room key kept getting disconnected, there was no one at the front desk when you need them, I would call the front desk but the phone just rings and nobody comes to even answer the phone. At one point I had another customer tell me to pull the fire alarm to have someone show up at the front desk. For the price, the condition and cleanliness of this place are unacceptable. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Property was not at all comfortable. The laundry room was not fully available, dry was out of service. The breakfast was disappointing; the waffle maker was out of service. The sofa bed to the suit we reserved was not comfortable, it had been used and not cleaned. Management needs to keep all amenities working and available to be used at all times. A nice place but unfortunately not well maintained.
