Element by Marriott Pooler Savannah Airport

the hotel was awesome, very new and clean. room had a lot of amenities, cold water in the fridge, plenty of towels, a desk in the room, etc. the only thing it was missing was a safe in the room.

Flower was the kindest and most welcoming host I’ve ever met at a hotel, she cared about everyone and made sure the experience was the best. Super pet friendly and the laundry facilities were very convenient and easy to use

The location was convenient. The staff was kind and everything was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast and midday snacks! The bedroom within the suite was smaller than other hotel rooms, but we got used to it.

This hotel is almost new so it was up to date and clean. My room was large and affordable. I would stay here again.

This is a bright new hotel. The room was very large and comfortable and the location is excellent. There are lots of restaurants within a short walk and a good opportunity to walk our dog. The staff at the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. We were there just for one night so didn’t use the gym but it’s large and well equipped. We will definitely stay again.

The customer service was excellent. I don't remember the young ladies name bust she was at the front desk when we arrived. she was very friendly, helpful and professional. She exceeded all our expectations. One couple in our group had a little hiccup with their reservations and the young lady solved the issue immediately. This young lady accommodated our friends and they were very pleased with their accommodations. We also enjoy the Happy hour during the end of work hours. after a day out and about we were able to enjoy the outside of the hotel with other guest sitting at table and chairs. Everything was very inviting. I personally enjoyed the fruit infused water that was at the front desk. It was very refreshing.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Breakfast was a little different than the typical. Enjoyed it.

It was 4 of us traveling, and we got a total of 3 rooms. The staff was kind coming in, and greeted us well. We were happy. Once we got in the rooms, we noticed issues and reached out immediately. One room had a drainage issue in the shower due to so much hair in it that you can visibly see it packed in. We called for them to fix the issue immediately; they never came. Said they are more of an extended stay so they don't do daily housekeeping. That's why no one came to even view the issue when we asked them to. The other 2 rooms we had were unfortunately on the same floor that a large group stayed for a dance competition. The children/young adults were loud in the hallway, and children were running up and down the hall all night...until 5am. On top of that, in our room, the TV was inoperable all weekend, and no one came to fix it after asking for them to twice upon our arrival. So all we heard were the kids all day/night for the entire weekend. Breakfast was nice, and the staff at breakfast was kind. Billing was a little weird...so we are hoping the proper adjustments will be made. It was just disappointing to learn that it looked good on the outside, but had so many issues internally. The location is perfect, but I won't be back unfortunately.

This hotel is very new and the entire staff took pride in keeping the facility in excellent shape. I spoke with the manager and her energy was excellent. As you would expect, her staff members had the same energy. The rooms are very bright and allow for ample sunlight. The laundry area was well kept and the price to wash / dry was $3 per load as of this review (payment via card - no coins needed). The parking lot is quite large and the internet was very fast. Also, the location is within walking distance to an IMAX movie theater, numerous restaurants, gas stations, a Publix grocery store, and the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall. Of course, the airport is 5-10 mins way, depending on traffic. I highly recommend this hotel for its new condition, cleanliness and excellent staff. Please keep up the excellent work, and I look forward to my next stay.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay! A special shoutout to Chef Gretchen—you can truly tell she's passionate about what she does. She was so welcoming, inviting, and incredibly kind. Her warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Thank you for making us feel so at home!

All the staff at the Element were amazing. Jada was kind and accommodating. She adjusted my check out time so I could finish a few meetings. Thank you to the staff at the Element of Savannah (Airport location) for making our stay a comfortable and peaceful one.
