This is my "go to" hotel when in Port Arthur. The property is very clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast is a cool touch.

Room very clean, bed amazing, for somebody who’s been everywhere. I was very impressed with the facility the walk in shower, hot water was almost instant. Oh and it had a kitchen.. For Port Arthur, Texas this was definitely a 5 start. “I’ll Be Back”

We went for Lamar University Residency and this was one of the few hotels that didn’t have an issue. You never hit I-10 on the way to school so there’s never traffic. There’s a pool, wifi, free breakfast, gym, kitchenette so u can cook meals, full sized fridge and freezer, pots, pans, mini dishwasher, plates, bowls, iron, u name it, and it’s right across the street from restaurants and a shopping strip. And we mentioned that Residency doesn’t end until 1, so they gave us a late checkout free of charge until 2pm! This is what really sold us, how accommodating they were. They’re are police everywhere so don’t speed, not even 5 over.

Usually when i visit my mother in Port Arthur, i book a room in the next town (Beaumont) because they tend to have better properties, but this was a blessing to have a property in Port Arthur that was SPACIOUS, clean, in a nice area and great staff. Also affordable. Loved the place. I will book it everytime I visit.
