Los servicios y la atención fueron muy buenos pero al hacer la reserva me brindaron un descuento del 50 % el cual nunca recibí por lo demás todo bien

Me encantó todo lo recomiendo mucho la comida los tragos todo me encantó mi hijo y familia la pasó genial

From check-in to check-out, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I would especially like to recognize Lellieth at dinner, Sarah at the pool bar, and Katie, who was absolutely awesome! Bryan at the bar was also amazing, and Michael at check-in was very helpful and made the arrival process smooth. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and these team members definitely helped make my stay enjoyable. My only concern was the buffet. Unfortunately, the food was not hot, which took away from the dining experience. I hope this can be addressed, as keeping the food at the proper temperature would make the overall experience even better. Thank you to the team for making my stay memorable!

I enjoyed it very much but being a local I missed out on a lot. I checked in at 4 pm and missed half a day. But food amazing. Staff amazing. Drinks can be a lot better You do feel Like you on an island somewhere other than Florida I recommend day passes from 7 am -11 pm.

Espectacular

This was by far the worst all inclusive I've ever booked. They say top shelf but no it wasn't and if you asked for Hornitos you had to pay?!? No one spoke good English so communication was bad. On day one the "welcome" staff didn't give us a tour of the property they just handed us a few papers and said you are here and later we found out why, because there was nothing there! 2 food trucks, 1 dinning room oh and did I mention they served the same food EVERYDAY!! literally. 1 bar, 2 side corner bars who complained how they were too old to be doing this and really didn't want to work. the adult pool was clean and nice view of the lake. there is a spot to rent jet skies and a game room w/2 pool tables and darts and that is EVERYTHING they had to offer. Oh and let's talk how the power went off for 4 hours and no one called to say anything and I almost forgot when you check in you will not know the front desk number, you will need to look that up on google and I had to because room 1 smelled like mold/mildew and they knew it because they just switched up without asking any questions, 2nd room, well it was better but not good. they say it's renovated but I'm not sure by whom or when because it didn't look like it. no one spoke to you while on property it was just awful, save your time and money because it's not worth it and did I mention it was my anniversary so yay to that...lol

After my cousin suggested this establishment, I had to do my own research before deciding to book. Of course I landed on a few videos on Tik Tok where Katie one of the employees just captured my interest to wanting to come and see this resort. Check in was a breeze. Huge clean room but the bugs are a pest since the property is surrounded by so much nature. Staff was so friendly and eager to assist. Wish there were more activities and waiters by the adult pool like other resorts. Food wasn’t bad. Arcade was a plus. Music/Djs knew their audience. Will return. Two things that aren’t disclosed when you book on Expedia: deposit required and a nightly parking fee.

Leo with security and IT, Darla the receptionist in the day, Janeice the receptionist @ night, Lauren @ the cafe. I have to mention these staff members by name because they made the trip for my family and I exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and they understood the assignment when it came to making my Aunt feel super special on her birthday. Leo listened to my concerns when I arrived and checked into a delipidated unclean room with stains all over the sofa chairs and an unsafe unsittable balcony. Leo quickly fixed the issue and placed my family and I in a safe clean room with a beautiful view, Darla was there every day checking in on my family and I. Darla made sure we were comfortable. Janeice was there at night when I need clean sheets for my bed at 1am, she was soo sweet. Lauren made it her mission to ensure her lattes was perfect every time. I mention these people because they made my family and I feel welcomed and safe at Voco Sandpiper. They help make our trip extra special. Thank you to all who went the extra mile for us, our family had a great time because of you!

My husband and I went there for our anniversary and we had a time!! The property was amazing as well as the staff. It was all inclusive. We ate when we wanted to and how often we wanted. The food was delicious. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. 10 out 10 I recommend!
