The property is nice. The valet parking fee was horrible. You don’t have an option to park your own car. They charge 45.00 per day to park it on top of your room fee.

They REQUIRE you to use valet parking and then charge you $45 a day for it. I had no idea going into this. It's a Residence Inn. When does a Residence Inn require valet parking and then charge a ridiculous price for it? Absurd and honestly pretty infuriating. You have no option but to turn your car keys over to the valet. And then you are just STUCK there. There is literally NOTHING in walking distance other than a train station. Not the kind of train that will take you into "town." But like an Amtrack cross country train station. That's it. No restaurants. No bars. No attractions. No shops. Nothing in walking distance and you are stuck there. Checking into the hotel, which I will say is a lovely building, it is brand new (2026) and it shows. But at check-in, I asked the man behind the desk if he had suggestions for how to spend our one evening in Portland and he said, "Eat. Shop. There's nothing to do in Portland." Oh. Wow, great introduction to the area. He wasn't wrong. But someone in the hospitality business should maybe have a couple of suggestions in mind for guests who want ideas of what to do during their stay. Overall, the hotel building itself, the staff themselves, no complaints. It's fine. It's a Residence Inn and pretty much exactly what you would expect from a Residence Inn. But the location of this hotel is horrendous. And the parking situation is not only ill-planned but also had a huge negative impact on our stay. We would not stay here again.

Everything! Breakfast is excellent.
-
The room was large and convenient.
-
Excellent facility and amenities condition, good full breakfast.
-
Newer property. This was not a convenient location to anything in Portland. There is a concert venue across the street with a huge stage that blocked our view of the water. Luckily we left the day of the concert and did not have noise issues.
-
The front desk staff was very helpful in changing our stay
-
The location near the airport is isolated! The room was nice but I kept hearing noise above me and the sound of the heater turning on was also loud. I think there are better options in Portland.
-
New, clean and close to Highway. The Valet parking company is not affiliated with Marriott. We would have self parked.
-
Comfortable bedding. Clean room. Good service.
-
The staff were excellent and the bar was welcoming. The drive to downtown was short however the $50 per day to park was a surprise and no one likes surprises.

Nice new hotel that is still figuring out the problems of the hotel. We booked the hotel specifically to have a pool, and it was not until we got to the pool did, we find out the pool was closed. Hotel staff was very unwilling to help. Parking was confusing. It is a shared parking lot with a concert venue. Have to use an app to pay (which is fine), but it was basically an unmarked dirt lot.
-
Charged 48 dollars a night just to park. The pool was not even open. Check in was not ready at 3 when we got there. Had to put a 100 dollar deposit on room have not seen credit yet on my card left room spotless. City of Portland charges 3 percent hotel tax on rooms.

Very new and stylish hotel. Awesome staff
-
Stayed in King Studio room. Impressive size, tall ceilings and high quality fixtures and appliances. Very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only confusion was around the valet parking versus self parking. Self parking is metered and overnight costs more than valet.
-
Great place. Great staff.
-
Property was only opened less than a week. Everything was new. Two of the guest use dryers were malfunctioning. The dishwasher in guy room was also inoperative. Parking is very limited considering the amount of guest room. Cost of daily parking is outrageous.
-
Brand new across from concert venue!
