Newer hotel. Only stayed for the night, but staff was great on our late check in. Loved the room. The full size fridge with freezer was great, so I could refreeze cooler packs. Great hotel, will be back.

The property seemed relatively new and well appointed. It was a great stay.

New property. Very clean and helpful staff. My husband is deaf and he has hearing implants. We stayed in the hearing impared room. The first night, he could not stream the TV to his hearing devices. The front staff was very helpful, however, she could not help. I know how to set up the streaming devices as I have to do it every time we stay in a hotel. I knew that the remote in the room did not take me to the correct menu so it had be not the original remote. She brought every remote she could find, but none worked. She even offered to change our room but we didn't want to move. The next day, the maintenance man brought the correct remote reprogrammed the TV and everything worked fine. They went above and beyond to help my husband be able to hear the TV. We are very grateful for all the help offered by their staff

Great place to stay! Very clean and wonderful breakfast!
-
Great stay. Seemed brand new. Rooms are big. Right off of I75. Breakfast sucks though. Would stay here again.
-
Room and staff were great. Super close to stuff and the place we needed to be.
-
Everything we were looking for.

The staff is very professional, helpful and courteous. The room is very clean and more spacious compared to other Home 2 Suites hotels that we have been too in the last 2 plus years. The place is very family friendly.

We stayed at this location some time back on travels, and going the same area last night used it again. Both stays were excellent, and we will use it again when going through that area.
-
Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Close to everything you need and a short drive to downtown Knoxville. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler as well.

Friendly staff. Clean premises

New and nicely kept. Our exhaust fan didn't work, which is surprising because it's a newer hotel. This happened at the Lexington, KY location also (an older property.) But the fan worked in Sanford, FL (also a newer property.) It's just uncomfortable when it doesn't work, and we have 5 people in the room, so hopefully they get it fixed... That, and the conditioner dispenser that someone knocked off the wall. Aside from these minor problems, it was very nice. We love Home 2 Suites!

We appreciated the excellent condition of the hotel, got a good night's sleep. We recommend this as a good choice for those who need area lodging.

The grounds were very nice. Staff went out of their way to accommodate.

The room, building, and staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was the only disappointing part. It was not as extensive as advertised. Limited options for people with diabetes.
-
Very clean and very modern facility! Roomy with great breakfast!
-
The staff friendly and giving. This was a very nice stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

The room was bigger than I expected and had lots of appliances; microwave, toaster, refrigerator and even a toaster! On the downside, the continental breakfast left much to be desired. Breakfast selections were very average and staff seemed slow to replenish items as they were consumed. Ran out of spoons and unrecognizable egg thingies. Coffee was relatively good.
