Hampton Inn & Suites Prattville

Nice place. Best hotel so far in Prattville.

Pet friendly and very clean.

Exceptional

Friendly staff, clean property, and close to restaurants.

The air conditioner was very loud and blew frigid air over the bed.

Close to interstate

Nice accommodations. The air conditioning units are a bit noisy

The front desk lady this morning was very helpful

Other than one of two elevators was not operating, everything was great. We had our dog, and everyone was very friendly to her and us. Breakfast was a notch above most. Fresh cheese omelets and fresh fruit were great. We stayed here a year ago and we were very pleased again.

The staff were excellent. Nothing. Everything was great!

Superb

Awful

This is a great hotel in an ideal location.

Our room floor was so dirty that our socks were black in the bottom and all we did was walk to and from bed to bathroom. The toilet stopped up and no one would come and help fix it. The shower head was pointed at the shower curtain and it flooded the bathroom floor. The head was loose if you tried to move it. When I cleaned up tile floor in bathroom the towels were black from the dirty floor.called and again no help and no extra towels.

The property was clean and in an accessible location.

A clean room close to the interstate but still quiet.

Clean, secure, easy check in I wish the tvs were updated enough to use streaming apps like Netflix and paramount. Made it a slightly harder stay because our young child didn’t have cartoons for bed even on live tv the channels were limited.

Location and name Not a single thing

Very clean, renovated, free breakfast, and good size rooms. Staff was very friendly and kind Nothing. Very well ran

I wish the beds were more comfy.
