Very clean property. No coffee maker in rooms but a very nice one in the lobby that offered a variety of drinks. No complaints at all.

The property was nice and clean but very upset that I asked for 2 queen beds but received a king and I needed 2 beds😡

Bad

The staff was nice, the room was clean. Safe location and overall good stay. No weird smells anywhere, our hall had a washer and dryer available and an ice machine. We didn't eat breakfast there but they do offer it. Our door was a little wonky and we had to shove it open to get inside. The pillows are very thick so bring a pillow if you're sensitive to that. Also the bathroom sink was too far away from the bowl so you couldn't really wash your hands well.

staff was very friendly and helpful and the cook was just amazing we all loved him ❤️ our group celebrated our 46 class reunion there the entire staff made us feel right at home

Exceptional

Hotel was clean. free of bugs beds were comfortable and the hotel was updated and a modern look and feel.

The price of my initial booking was $400. I had to rebook the room and add an additional night due to Hurricane Isiasis and the price jumped to $700. Plus an additional $46.00 was added at the end of my stay for a service charge. I've booked with Hotel.com many times before and I don't recall a service charge being added to my bill upon checking out.

Breakfast was a nice touch. I really appreciated the concierge standing by to ensure that everything was adequate. A customer dropped some tongues and placed them back on the bar. If I had not seen her, I might have used them.

The facility was decent and somewhat clean. It had extreme road noise from the interstate. Since its location was fairly ideal, I thought it would be more comfortable and that the rooms would be soundproof since it was right by the interstate but you could hear everything from road noise to people in the parking area at all hours of the night. So, if you prefer to have a sound night’s sleep here, you will be sorely disappointed by the noise levels inside the room.

Modern. Clean. Comfortable. Roomy. Nice breakfast --- there was something like grits but not grits, and not farina either. Was good. Would like to know the name of the 'not grits'. Asked at the desk and they did not know. The power went out in my room about 730am on the morning I left. Stayed out for over an hour.

Didn’t like breakfast area . Coffee machine was slow and only made 4oz cup. Was short silverware and bread items weren’t fresh.

The convenience on/off interstate. The price was much better than other motels in same area and the motel was very nice, clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
