Friendly, a little funky and cool. Only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. If you are sensitive to noise, you will definitely want ear plugs.
-
very overpriced for a 2-star hotel experience. loud, dark and small.

Cute idea - trendy, modern. Rooms are tiny, no dresser or place to put clothes. Bathroom and shower were incredibly small. Hard to wash your face at the sink because it's so tight. shower doesn't have any space. getting to the sink requires stubbing your toe on the bottom of the shower every time, ouch! squeaky not comfortable bed, no headboard so pillows get stuck in the crack (ask for extra pillows to plug up the hole). also, walls are super thin, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway like it was in the room. location was good, restaurant downstairs is cute (also tiny) and had friendly staff. hotel staff was nice enough, but weren't too excited to help out, and had a general malaise about them - "valet" is not a valet - pay for parking on the app, and park it yourself. All the above could be acceptable at $150 per night, but for over $400 a night doesn't feel worth it.

Everything was great except no coffeemaker/coffee in the room as well as no phone in the room to contact the front desk.

Staff were all very helpful. Door on lift was broken (staff explained). I bruised my hand the first morning due to having my hands full and catching in lift door. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Decent location

The blow dryer could stand an upgrade. I was sick with a touch of food poisoning one night. I tried cleaning up with the limited supplies I had. The next day I requested a special cleaning. When I got back to the room tha evening, the front of the toilet and the floor around it had not been cleaned. Even though I had left windows open all day the room still stunk. A good cleaning solution would have alleviated alot of that.

Nice refurbished building. pretty good accommodations. we only stayed one night but overall I'd go back again.

This a nice hotel for a short term stay - room is spacious, relatively clean, bathroom amenities are above average. Staff is helpful. On the downside, evenings may be noisy, elevator is cool experience but requires a lot of care to use. Internet does not work at all.
-
Funky place with modern/retro decor , very cool “library” and cafe, and in the midst of the theater/drag distict.
-
Tv had no close captions it took an hour to get the captions
-
Older property that had updates, elevator was very old, I used the stairs.

Overnight parking for $42 outside right next to the building was outrageous.

Very charming hotel, helpful staff. Quaint elevator, thought I might have to tap dance with Millie! Large bathroom, small but comfortable bedroom. My only suggestion would be to install a railing at the front entrance steps. Just two higher rise steps (and the sidewalk slants toward the curb at the bottom) and heavy door but I would have had a dangerous challenge getting up and down with a carry on suitcase, purse and cane had I not had help from cab driver and staff. Never would be able to do it in snow.

Great Location

Those sensitive to strong scents should be aware there is a strong perfume scent at the check in desk.
-
Great location near a lot of good stuff. Our second time we have stayed there and would stay again.

The Neptune Hotel was absolutely stunning! It has a modern feel and appeal. The bathroom is quite tiny, with little space to set up toiletries. However, the room itself is large, with a comfortable bed, desk, and additional seating options. I also loved the karaoke bar and restaurant attached to the hotel!
