It was O.K. and the area was central enough for me to hit everything in every direction like I wanted. Outside Noise but can't really control that so no problems I guess.

The facility outside was clean and kept, same with interior and front desk, plus the eating area. The room itself was clean but did have a couple stains in the carpet. The bed was definitely due for replacement, could feel springs in spots. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good, Highly recommend the coffee!! They are freshly ground machines.

We did not have a coffee maker in the room which is the first time we haven't had one.

Double lock your door or housekeeping will just walk in if you have have the do not disturb sign up or not.

Staff was friendly and competent. It was basically clean and our room was serviced daily during our stay. However, carpeting was in need of replacing. The television in our room would lose service, making it impossible to watch a program. The refrigerator froze bottles of lemonade making them undrinkable for a time.

Staff is great. Breakfast really good Security lock on door not working. No coffee pot. Phone charging station not working. Hand lotion dispenser in bathroom not there. No side chair in room.

I booked a king room with Jacuzzi. I had to visit the front desk after attempting to use it. There was visible black dirt and various debris as it was filling. I drained it and refilled it hoping it would be clean, the same problem happened. Upon looking closer it was obvious the tub had not been cleaned, it was visibly dirty along the bottom and sides. I thought at first it was just stained, but then got a cloth and started wiping it down and the cloth was covered in black. I took pictures as proof and told the desk. They were very apologetic. I did not want to try changing rooms at this point as it was getting late, i asked for a discount on my bill. The desk said they were authorized to give a 15% discount but this hasn’t yet shown on my credit card. The room smells of mildew and mustiness, the carpet is ripping in several places. The curtain/shade is falling apart. The shower stall is very stained and rusting. The bed was very uncomfortable, very firm, although that is personal preference. There was not a coffee maker in the room as shown in the listing. Instead there was a song encouraging guests to use the coffee station in the lobby however a coffee maker would be provided if asked. The breakfast area was not impressive. The container holding the half and half carafe was visibly dirty (I took a picture) which made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire area. Believe the reviews that the pictures are misleading and this property needs updating.

Blinds in room need updated and fixed. They are all ripped up and rips in them

There were ants running all over and we were on 3rd floor! There was a long hair in the shower along with mold there and the sink! The beds need to be replaced! You can feel the spring on both sides of the bed when you got in! The outside facade is cracking! They need to remodel the place! Staff was great! We won’t be going back there! We had been there before and could really see the decline!
