Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh Airport - Brier Creek by IHG

Great location, very clean, plenty of parking. Although there is construction Nextdoor it is not disturbing

The room was really clean.

Nice location. Quiet, nice scenery, and close to the airport (but not close enough to hear planes) many stores and restaurants. Check-in and out is very easy. Staff is personable. Lots of options for breakfast. Rooms were clena and quiet and the beds are comfortable.

Clean, and everyone was super friendly! Old choose this again in a second!

The shower water pressure was low--considering the hotel choices nearby, I'll look for another hotel next time.

Floria at the feont desk was amazing. We were accidentally given the wrong room but he hustled to check for a room that fit our needs and within 15 min all was well. Hotel had a huge sitting area in the lobby, dreamy bed, clean room and small area to buy snacks. And let's not leave off the amazing breakfast.

Good location for us. By the airport. Breakfast meh. Room wasn’t really clean.

Breakfast selecrion was really good. The gentleman on night shift with an african accent was really nice and helpful with my needs

The hotel is clean a good location, accommodating to late check out. A good value.free parking If you want extras you pay more. Area is quiet, but there is a large apartment complex, being built next door. The hotel has pulled all the shades on that side of the building, so if you want to look outside you can’t raise the shade.

Watch your step on the 102 end of the building both of my grandparents fail coming out of the building. No rails and nothing to indicate the drop off. My grandmother fractured a bone in her knee. My grandfather bruised his shoulder and arms. We had ants in our room on the desk and in the bed. The blinds didn’t work so we had to tie the shade to let sunlight in We didn’t get the pull out couch that we paid for. The fridge didn’t work, very bad ant problem and the blinds didn’t work TV also didn’t work in room 102

Friendly staff and super clean

Clean, Good breakfast.

I had a late check-in. The customer service representative was very helpful...she explained the amenities and the time for the breakfast time, pool times, fitness room times. Check-in was quick. The room was spotless. Very nice and comfortable. I had the standard king room. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner room. Perfect.

We enjoyed staying here. Our room was comfortable and clean. We did have to call the desk for washcloths, unfortunately no one answered and I had to go down, but otherwise it was great. The shuttle was a huge help and we did enjoy the pool, even though it was a bit cold. I would stay here again.

Loved the mattress!!! Breakfast staff very friendly and did a great job. Pool and hot tub a plus.

Wondergul bed and pillows. Nice breakfast. Very clean facility.

Convenient close to restaurants and shops
