Sheraton Raleigh Hotel

Bad

Staff are great. Hotel itself is just okay. Clearly a high trafficking hotel for business travelers. Amenities are mid. Hotel condition overall is poor.

Exceptional

Parking was ok but wish they had a free deck

if was ok clean not much to do in the area in walking distance

Great place to stay

Celeste at registration was most helpful and soo nice!! Restaurant was good, valet service was very quick! Fellow ran to get the car!

Just a terrible stay all around. Bar closes early. Room had a million noises: toilet constantly flushed on its own, noises out of the vents; industrial laundry somewhere in the hotel makes the room vibrate all throughout the night. No matter how low you set the thermostat, it never gets below 70 in the room. I need a vacation just to recover from not sleeping.

We stayed for only one night but everything was clean. Location was great and staff was very friendly

This hotel has a lot of character but needs a lot of maintenance. Our room was not clean and the beds were brick hard. There was a lot of mold in our bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush properly and The ac didn’t work well and the restaurant ceiling is falling apart.

We needed a nice hotel downtown to enjoy the nearby nightlife, and this hotel was the prefect choice. Closer to everything, very clean and there was even a music festival just outside. We will stay here again.

Very accessible to several restaurants downtown. Parking deck directly across the street from the hotel.

Let’s find a way to store bath items in the bathroom….. bath towels next to the tv is just comical… This is a classic 80’s conference hotel in need of updates starting with led lightbulbs.

Walls are thin

Buena ubicación. Facil parking en la calle.

Absolutely loved this place and Raleigh!

Room was very small. Convenience store, very unaccommodating. No late check out. Homeless everywhere outside. Room, noisy.

Safe & secure - staff present at entry points, and key card access required during night hours. No parking on site; parking garage with hourly and daily rates across the street. Older room, clean but shows signs of wear. Refrigerator & pod style coffee maker in room, but no microwave.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and nice. The hot water took forever to get going in the shower. Not having their own parking is also annoying with it being downtown so you have to pay somewhere else.

Had to change rooms a few times. The first set of staff was not very helpful. I finally received amazing customer service upon checking out
